Wonderful Stay!
Pros: This place was so much fun! Rooms were plenty big and everything was SO clean. Dining/living room were open concept, which was nice for all of us (10 people) to hangout and talk to each other. The basement was a great place to hangout as well. Pool was nice and clean, with lots of seating options. Communication with Garrett always had a quick response, which was nice because I had quite a few questions. Location was prime…10 minutes from downtown Rogers. Cons: I have friends who live in this neighborhood, which is why I booked the house. So I knew the house didn’t really have a front or backyard, but to us, that didn’t matter because of the pool and we spent most of our time down at the lake. Not sure if that matters to most people. The only bummer thing about the pool was that the lights around the terrace and the music player didn’t work. Luckily, we had Bluetooth speakers with us. Also, this is more of a preference, but I wish they would have had a second fridge. We had a lot of food and drinks and had to use coolers for some of it. All-in-all, I would highly recommend the house! It was in a great location, very clean and perfect to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely book again.

Could be a nice property
The house was nice, but the overall maintenance was sorely lacking. The kitchen lights wouldn't work until we messed with the fuse box. The toilet seat wasn't attached, modt of the burners on the stove didnt work, and many other things along the same lines. It could be wonderful with some TLC.

Loved it!
12 of us stayed at this property, and we absolutely loved it! The house was stocked with all sorts of essentials the communication with the property manager was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and there is plenty of parking of a large group staying! Highly recommend!

Weekend at this property
Let’s start with the positive-the host was great and primo to respond and the house did have a pool that was fairly clean. The house was spacious and check-in was easy, they even let us check in a few hours early. The negative-the house has not been maintained, especially the pool. Nothing around the pool is fictional and the furniture was filthy. The TVs didn’t work, remotes didn’t have batteries, the refrigerator door wouldn’t shut and the fridge would cool. The house was so hot we ended up leaving a full day early because the air conditioner would not cool the house down. The chairs in the porch were broken and one of my family members ended up falling, drain was clogged in the master. I did have maintenance called for the drain and refrigerator door and they came the next day to fix both things. Speakers in living room didn’t work in tv but we just kind of let that go. My family was ready to go a whole day early because we couldn’t even open the windows to keep the heat down… the pool is also a lot smaller than it looks in the picture and there was poison ivy in the yard behind it-just FYI. The host was super nice though and I really wish it was a better experience.

Nice House
My teenager loved there was an xbox. The house is on a busy 45 mph road, but it’s far enough away and down hill so it was not really noticeable. The house was clean. Bathrooms were standard for an older home with a rehab done. The only small complaint was the AC kept turning up to 76 when we were gone, and the bedrooms could use ceiling fans if cooling isn’t fixed. The company handling maintenance sounded like a call center.

Pictures did not reflect the condition of property
It has taken me a while to write this review because we enjoyed the stay in Roger's and had a wonderful time, however.....We were very disappointed in the state of the disrepair in and outside the house. There was a heap of broken up concrete along the side of the house. I would caution the owners to get the steps leading up to the house fixed. It was much wider on one end and we had one person trip and fall. The sign of "watch your step" indicates they KNOW they are unsafe! The state of disrepair I spoke of includes hanging a towel on a hook in the bathroom and the hook fell out of the wall, a kitchen wall socket was just hanging away from the wall, there was chipped tile on the master bedroom tub. I realize guests most likely just throw kitchen "stuff" in cupboards, however, I would hope the staff would take some time and and organize the items so they can leave it with pride for the next guests. That kitchen was terrible! We hunted many times for various items finding them in the oddest places. There was also no order whatsoever in any of the cupboards, nor was there any sense to what/how and where items should be located. BTW, the cooking pots and pans left something to be desired, a few I would not use they looked so bad. I am sorry to report this but that's the way it was and hope the owners will fix the things that need to be fixed and insist upon staff that will take pride in organizing the disorderly mess that, unfortunately, some guests will leave it in.
