“This is absolutely one of the best VRB properties we have stayed at! Love the 1920's Speakeasy motif and love how centrally located we were as far as activities and restaurants we chose to visit! The kitchen was well stocked and just little things like creamers available for coffee and welcome snacks were appreciated! The addition of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms was great! It is hard to find fault with "The Novel". I would recommend to anyone visiting Rogers, Arkansas.”

“Overall we really enjoyed our stay! We were located centrally to Bentonville and Rogers. All the amenities were nice. Fair warning or added benefit, the bed and pillows are a little firm. It was a little too firm for our liking but overall we enjoyed the cute apartment and regardless it was a wonderful stay! ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again.”
