“A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos). The room was good, quiet, comfortable bed, but comparing with other 4* or 5* hotels it was not on that level: there was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion which I expect to get in this level hotel. “Very good hotel, we had an excellent stay, food was amazing, the buffet is a standard hotel buffet type food but they do change it up each night but the a la carte restuarnts for us were amazing, we had great service and great food. Portion sizes at the greek and italian were huge so we way over ordered, possibly could of done with a little more at the asian and mexican but the dishes we all had were superb. Only grumble on the food is that there isnt much for kids, they didnt do smaller...

“We stayed 5 days in the family room in the main building. The hotel provides free parking. That was great. The pools and the water park are nice. The water park opening hours are from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. It could be open longer. The food was ok but there could be more choice. Staff was nice and in general helpful except the reception.
