“Great location!! We have stayed here several times due to being back in a quiet cove and in walking distance from the dock. We were a little disappointed that the slide on the dock was no longer there but it is still in the VRBO pictures. The hot tub was cold when we arrived but I contacted the manager and she replied right away and told us how to fix it. It warmed up very fast! They added a nice little fire pit area and my kids really enjoyed hanging out there at night. ”

“The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. “The home is as pictured. You have everything you need to be comfortable and plenty of towels are provided! The neighborhood is older but very quiet. Only a quick drive to Neyland! There is a heavy ashtray odor and if you are sensitive to smoke, this home may cause issues for you. This is the only reason for less than 5 stars. “The house was great. Plenty of space for everyone in the living/kitchen area. The kitchen had everything we needed plus. The beds were super comfortable and the 3 floors gave everyone their own space. The kids loved the downstairs area. Loved the decks!. The only drawback was the steps to the lake which was not practical for some. Overall the place was very clean and as nice as it looked in pictures. We would definitely stay there again if the tram is installed.”
