“Check in process was easy with the electronic keypads. Apt was spacious. Would highly recommend changing out the orange chairs as they are heavily stained-we put towels on them. Also description of apartment doesn't mention that door to entrance is half frosted glass which does make security a concern-would highly recommend changing out doors or adding extra bolt to be used from inside. The additional door in kitchen is locked with no explanation of what or where it leads to causing extra...

“It is walking distance from any bar on Knox/Henderson, making it very easy to see the town. It is right outside of Highland Park, the safest and most beautiful place in Dallas. The apartment was perfect for our short stay, and even though it was old feeling, it was still very nice and kept up to date. ”

“We arrive and there is no one in the lobby. They have a 300 dollar deposit to send you by mail the room number and the Door Code and that email arrived around 2 in the morning, bad service but to collect the deposit alone busy 2 seconds”

“Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!”

“Came to dallas for a concert and stayed the weekend. Anatole was a great host who was very communicative before, during and after our stay! The condo was a great size for just a couple people and was very clean. Check in was easy and the location is amazing!”

“Well priced, only one bathroom, which wasn't an issue for us, but might be for larger groups. Only disadvantage here is noise from neighbors. Apartment is older, well maintained, but walls are super thick. I would stay here again!”
