“The property is located in a very convenient location; walking distance from the downtown area and the beach. We appreciated that there was a reserved parking space available for us off of the street and that the property was secure and safe for families. ”

“Good location (probably closer to 2.5 blocks from the water) and nice to have parking. Neighbors are super close. Walking distance to food and drinks. Well stocked kitchen, although the fridge is huge and the Keurig is sketchy. Outdoor space is plain (as in pics). Plenty of towels, but bring your own soap and shampoo. Wifi worked but tv has no instructions and was only able to get it to work on the first night (not sure why hosts just don't include cable and charge accordingly?). Host did...

“Thoroughly enjoyed our week with our grandkids at your condo. Now a Tradition!! Perfectly situated for morning beach walk to donuts or cinnamon rolls and playtime on the beach! The Condo is well equipped...Thank You!! But could use a few more potholders in the kitchen and hooks for towels in the bathroom with the shower. Thank You again for memories made!!”

“We had an amazing time at this residence, it was the perfect little getaway place! I liked how close it was to the Embarcadero shops and restaurants, and easy to get to the Morro Bay Rock. The place was clean, had all the basic amenities in the kitchen, bath and bedrooms. We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and recreation from our host - it made it so much easier to find good restaurants. We'd stay here again for sure if we're up this way again. Thank you!!”
