“Pros: 4 big bedrooms and a good location Cons: Just about everything else Other than finding someone's prescription medication under the bed, it was clean. We've stayed here in the past, and it just gets sadder and sadder. The managing company, who we once used to manage our own rental, puts zero effort into maintaining things beyond the necessary basics. Linens are old and pilled, toilet paper is cheap and scratchy. The kitchen is not well-equipped: for example, there are only 4 dinner forks...

“The home was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The owners added some special touches and embrace tech. It was an easy walk into the heart of San Luis where there are great restaurants and shopping. Definitely check out Thursday's Farmer's Market on Higuera. It was only two of us, but the house had a great children's room for a family. The front bedroom does get some street noise, but the bed is so wonderfully comfy you sleep well regardless. We hope to stay again in the future.”

“If you like being downtown and having your own private parking area and being walkable to restaurants, parks, theater and the San Luis Mission, all in a 1920’s updated Craftsman bungalow, then you will love your visit! We had a delightful visit to SLO and staying in this comfortable, well appointed home, had a lot to do with that! We will definitely be returning. ”

“Picked a very hot weekend in SLO and the house had a small window unit downstairs and many fans, it was difficult to get it cool enough to sleep. Well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. Good location although no where walking distance. ”

“We enjoyed our stay over the Labor Day holiday. Our family loved the house, the view, being right on the beach! The house was wonderful. Communication with the hostess started off a little bit delayed but once we got going, it was great. We would enjoy staying there again.! ”

“Our stay started badly with a difficult to use entry lock. After many many tries using the code the door finally opened. We tried to contact the numbers given but no response. After entry and setting in, we were very happy with the home. It’s small but comfortable with beautiful furnishings inside and out. We’d happily stay again ”

“Our family stayed here for our son’s graduation from Cal Poly. It was nice and the beds & pillows were very comfy. We enjoyed having a well appointed kitchen so we could make coffee, meals and we didn’t have to eat out all weekend. Great location and we were thrilled to be very close by walking distance to our favorite breakfast spot in SLO, Sally Loo’s!”

“The property was very clean. We thought it had laundry but did not. Also the lock was kind of contrary to lock the door when leaving. Otherwise close to the beach and was clean and tidy. ”
