“We chose the Nelson Loft because it was close to the Adler Theater but found out it is also close to great bars and restaurants and other venues. It was easy to get to, but parking was a little tricky. The apartment was comfy and a nice place to hang out for the weekend. The full size bed in the larger bedroom is super comfy with nice fluffy pillows. ”

“Loft was very clean with comfortable beds. Parking was slightly confusing but figured it out. Loud trucks and trains but nothing that would stop me from returning. Sound machines provided helped. Owner was easy to communicate with. Central location for all things Davenport and Moline. Recommend and will probably return. ”

“This is a duplex. Owner lives upstairs & is very attentive and available via text/phone. The place is old - as are all of the houses in the Bridge District - but nice enough. There were essentials missing in my opinion: toilet paper, toaster or toaster oven. Otherwise we were comfortable & it was nice to be on the ground floor with a yard.”

“I was a little concerned when I first got there and saw the train tracks so close and you do hear them during the day but they don't go by at night so weren't an issue. Definitely a fun place to stay with a lot of things to do in the neighborhood. I'll definitely stay there next time I'm in town.”
