Mini vacation
The property is in a safe and quiet location. We stayed here for a few days as part of our South Carolina round trip. Everything was clean and the home has everything you need. Checking in and out was easy. The only con to this apartment is, that it had a musty smell to it. That kind of smell you get from water damage. Other than that I would rent it again.

Quite and easy location
Condo was spacious for our family. Didnt hear much noise at night and all of us had plenty of space. We didnt get to the pool but it looks nice on the other end of the complex. Beds were all made and ready for us when we checked in. Unit has a washer and dryer along with full kitchen and the two bathrooms were nice with three daughters.

A great Rental property
We enjoyed the rental very much and appreciated the master suite being upstairs with a door to close for privacy at the bottom of the stairs. The decor was beautiful and up to date. Really comfortable beds, which is EVERYTHING when traveling. We appreciated that little details that did not go unnoticed. I hope to be in the area again and will definitely book this place again. Thank you

Awesome Stay
We picked this location because of the area and the closeness to Carowinds. Very clean, nice pool and great closed-in space for the backyard. I will definitely book this place in the future.

Comfortable and convenient
Well equipped and furnished, with all the necessaries. Very quiet neighborhood, very clean property. Newer than many of the rentals available around Rock Hill. We would be happy to stay here again. The only glitch in communication seemed to be from the VRBO app, not the property manager, so not a blame on them.

Great home
This was a great home we stayed in. It was like 15 minutes away from where we played ball. The only thing we didn’t like was that only one bedroom had a tv. Other than that the home was great!

Graduation weekend
The house was perfect. Everything was clean and organized. Easy to find. We didn't use the grill or outside area as it had been raining but it was nice and private. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great Rental
We were in town for a disc golf tournament. This property was perfect in location as it was just 5 minutes from 2 of the courses and 15 from Winthrop. The property itself was well kept and more than suitable for our needs. I highly recommend booking this property.

Family Visit
It was a great location. We could visit family but still have our space. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were “way flat”! TV was confusing as it was all apps and internet! We are “old” school - so used to cable TV! Would definitely stay there again. 😊

Spartan furnishings in immaculate condo
This place was immaculate. Very spartan furnishings and zero decorations. Only 1 table lap in whole condo. Would suggest table lamp in each bedroom and maybe luggage rack. It was really perfect and much greater accommodation than a hotel!! I'd stay here again!
