“The property is compact but cute. They have a door that slides across doorway between the bedroom and the living room that blocks noise from the outside. We did find the property chilly but when we contacted the owner, he had one of his staff come over, wait a few minutes for us outside, and provide us with space heaters that warmed the place up very effectively and quietly. We felt valued and cared for. I highly recommend this cozy little place and the people who manage it!”

“We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and tidy. Checking in was simple. Parking was straightforward once we noticed the markers giving us clear instructions. The kitchen has everything you need. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The downstairs shower is small, but the water pressure is good. Everyone who stayed upstairs enjoyed the amenities. Definitely will try to rent this again for the next time we visit Annapolis.”

Joe and Beth were extremely accommodating and kept communication with my parents while they stayed (but also didn't bug them!). “Loved the house, we were glad to be able to book it on short notice for a large group! Beds were insanely comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and a fantastic location. Only downside is that the common areas (living room/kitchen/dining area) are a bit small if you have a larger group (8).
