“With this rental, we found exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful views, quiet, but close to town, a very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated home. The linens were provided, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Excellent communication with owner and housekeeper. We would love to return to the White Mountains and to this beautiful condo!”

The management company needs to clean a bit better in general; e.g., on under furniture, dust, upkeep porch, and some manicuring of the landscape is needed. As others have said, it is close to the road so cars are occasionally audible--but the sound of the river drowns out most noises.
