Be prepared for stairs!
The biggest thing I wasn't ready for when I got to the property was the number of stairs I'd need to go up and down every time we wanted to go in or out. The photos show stairs up to the porch and a small set of a few stairs inside. It does note stairs are required to access the property, and that's clear from the photos. What's not clear is the entire other flight of stairs that's not in the photos. This is a second story walk up, after you've already walked up a steep flight of stairs to get onto the porch. So, all in all, you're probably climbing something like 30 steps to get into and out of the property every time you enter or exit. It's also street parking only. This adds up when you're carrying in and out all of your luggage, dog crates, food, etc. We also had dogs, which we were thankful to be able to bring. Do be aware that the backyard is only accessible by another full flight of about 20 steps. The back corner of the fence is falling down, so you'll want to really watch your dogs to make sure they don't jump over and run away.
As for the inside, the water pressure in the kitchen was basically none. We had to wash dishes with a small trickle of water. It took several minutes to fill a bowl of water for the dogs. The creamer for the coffee seemed to be expired. The white towels were stained and felt dirty even if they maybe weren't. The laundry only has hot water hooked up, so you can't wash anything in cold.
This is fine for a cheap night or two but not much else
