“My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. They came to visit from New York so this was a lovely home away from home. The game room and pool were our favorite things about the home and would definitely stay again for a visit.”

“This was exactly what we needed for a great weekend in Tampa. Well kept pack n play. They had lots of cooking supplies and children’s utensils. Very responsive. No hurricane damage. Sweet welcome gift upon arrival. ”

“Great location. We were able to get to our locations very easily. Very nice open kitchen to living room and also the patio space was perfect for our group. ”

“We were a group of ladies attending a conference at Amalie Arena. We needed a place to stay that would accommodate all of us and within our budget. This house suited our needs well. The neighborhood is fine, but not resort like - it definitely feels residential. It has a good amount of space so families or groups have room to spread out. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house as we were gone from morning to night. A few things to point out - the bunk beds, as well as the main floor...

“This residence has become a mainstay for my company when we come to Tampa for business when only a couple of us come down. Better than a hotel. ”

“My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. We had such a relaxing time in what seemed like paradise. The property and pool were fabulous. The decor inside and outside is absolutely gorgeous. Such artistry by the owners. The copper gates and artwork around the pool were really awesome. The bed is extremely comfortable as well. ”

“Great place, location and loved the pool and hot tub. Play room fun too! TV provided youtube access for NFL games which was a bonus! Shame the fire pit didn't work but everything else perfect.”

“Downtown, waterfront, Central Ave., Arts District, Sunken Gardens and many eateries close by. Bed comfortable. Chairs and shower entranc more suited for someone under 225 pounds I guess. Unit was quiet but outside patio close to busy street. Don't miss noshing at Mazzaro's Market.”

“This is an older home in an older secrion of Tampa but interior has updated furniture and had everything we needed. Washer/dryer wasn't available during our stay but owner offered a discount. Communication was great.”

“The home and its many outdoor features (outdoor bar/lounges, grotto, lazy river, hot tub, basketball court, tree-lined acreage, etc.) along with plenty of indoor areas for gathering, game playing, etc., offered many options for both a fun-filled vacation getaway. The hosts were exactly what VRBO renters desire: great communication as well as a comfortable, well-appointed home.”

“This is the first tome at this property. The overall picture on VRBO is of the back of the house. The outside of the front of the property was not appealing at all. Steps going into the main property is not stable. Th rails Inside was different & better. Had the inside looked like the outside, I probably would have requested a refund. The beds were comfortable. Lots of beds & space w/a Guest house (detached). Guest house does not have a stove or microwave. The roof leaks into the fireplace when...

“The pool was dirty. A group of aliens were at the property when i arrived. Their boss didn't tell them to move out at 10am. They were digging in the garbage for their belongings They didn't speak English. So it was scary. Otherwise I loved the place ”
