Over Promised. Under delivered.
Upon arrival everything seemed ok. We arrived late in the evening, so we didn't get to take it all in the first evening. The second evening we were there, one of the 2 bathrooms became unusable as the sensor to flush the toilet stopped working, leaving 1 working bathroom for a family of 6. We quickly realized the house had a cleanliness issue (the counters were filthy, there was hair, dust, and dead flies on the window seals, trash on the pantry floor, trash sticking out of the couch, food left in the cabinets and oven by the previous renters, the dishwasher had standing water left in it which wreaked like rotten seafood), the towel bar in one of the bathrooms fell off the wall, one of the shower drains was clogged and water backed up into the tub, a cabinet door falling off the hinge. While it was understood that the listimg states that the pool will not be heated (not that it can't be heated, just that it's not going to be heated unless you want to pay a $500 fee).
Upon bringing these issues to the hosts attention, they merely stated that they will bring it to their cleaning and maintenance crews attention. They did not offer to remedy the issues any in fashion whether that be a partial credit or any other concessions. This house appears like it has many amenities, but many are not maintained. Overall I would consider the experience unpleasant and do not recommend this property. For the premium they charge, I found other properties with similar accomodations.
