Note: We were switched to a nearby one-story house on the same street. (The owner let us know that it would be more peaceful for us this way and that nobody would bother us. I'm not quite sure how people would bother us.)
Either way, the house we stayed at is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood that is about 15 minutes away from downtown Riverside via surface streets. The house has most, if not all, of the tools and amenities of your typical home.
The living room couch was very comfortable, surprisingly more comfortable than the bed I slept in. If you like to sleep on a softer bed, maybe the couch will be more suited for you. As for the TV, you get Netflix and Youtube, unless you want to hook up something of your own.
The kitchen has pretty much everything you need in case you are looking to cook.
The bathroom was fully equipped with all the essentials.
The backyard was standard with a few nice chairs and a hammock chair. The side of the house has a nice thriving fruit garden.
Overall, it's a nice place to relax if you're looking for an affordable stay in Riverside.
