Hawk Nest, es la última incorporación a Above the Clouds Inn, que ha recibido a nuestros huéspedes durante más de 17 años.
Ahora con chimenea de gas !!
Hemos creado una "sensación de cabina" pero agregamos todas las comodidades modernas para que su estadía sea verdaderamente inolvidable. Es un condominio de cabina en las nubes.
Con un precio especial para las parejas enemigas a $ 100 por noche. Los huéspedes adicionales son adicionales hasta un máximo de seis personas.
  Dos amplios dormitorios. La habitación "King" o "Anniversary" tiene una cama king, The "Queen" s Quarters "tiene dos camas queen. Cada habitación tiene su propia unidad de calefacción y aire privada que es totalmente silenciosa.
Recomendamos cuatro huéspedes adultos como máximo, pero con las tres camas podemos acomodar a seis.

A Piece of Heaven
My huaband and I had a fabulous 20th anniversary getaway! If you think the views in the pictures are nice, you should see it in person! Definitely a piece of Heaven on top of a mountain. Wonderful place to stay, wonderful hosts, we'll definitely be back soon! Cabin was well stocked with the necessary essentials to cook or grill each night. We felt right at home.

Perfect Christmas Vacation

Amazing!
We had a great girls weekend at the Hawk’s Nest. The cabin was very cozy and had everything we needed. It was a 10 minute drive to Cloudland Canyon and 30 minutes to Rock City & Chattanooga. The views and especially the sunrise from the cabin were beautiful. The owner, Dave, was extremely attentive and great to work with. Five stars!

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for myself and fiancé. We were married not far away at cloudland canyon, so the location was perfect. Dave came by to introduce himself and to see if we needed anything. Overall great stay. Highly recommend. The views from the cabin were amazing.

Beautiful views in a cozy cabin near state park
We had a great stay at the Hawk’s Nest! The cabin was simple and comfortable for my wife and me. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, easy to find, and overall great value! We loved having coffee while watching the sun rise above the cloud filled valley. Stunning views! The proximity to Cloudland State Park was just what we wanted! We were able to drive to and from the park in less than ten minutes, which worked out great. And it was an easy, 30 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga for dinner and an evening with friends. Dave was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Would stay here again!

Relaxing getaway with a beautiful view!
My husband and I traveled to Hawks Nest for our first getaway together in many years. It was an absolute perfect location with an amazing view. The size of the cabin was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed all of our meals soaking in the view either from the kitchen table or the table on the deck. We were able to see birds, chipmunks, deer and even what we think was a groundhog from the deck. Hawks nest is a perfect location for visiting Cloudland Canyon, neighboring attractions and everyday conveniences. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return soon!

Perfect weekend
Great views! Perfect size place for a small party. The three of us hiked, saw a cave, antiqued, and toured a battlefield all in 2 days. Dave is a great host and we'd love to go back.

Long weekend girls trip. Seen some amazing sites and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. Our stay here at the Hawks Nest was nothing less than great. Hawks Nest - A Slice of Heaven
The cabin was just so calming and the National Park nearby was wonderful. We got to see a mama deer with 2 babies just within reach of the cabin. The sunrise coming up over the mountains was beautiful, and the dark of the night without the city lights made the stars shine so bright. Thank you for this beautiful experience at your lovely cabin.

Great home base for visiting area venues
Ruby Falls, Rock City, Lookout Mountain Clouds rising up from the valley and swallowing up the cabin. Cooking outside on the grill. Interior upstairs/downstairs very nice. Only minus no upstairs facilities. Bedrooms upstairs/bathrooms downstairs. Not a dealbreaker 🇺🇸

Breathtaking views
Our trip was 4 & nights.The views from the cabin is breathtaking. You feel the warmth & love in the cabin. We met Dave our 1st day. Its nice to meet other Christians. Its close to town & clouudland canyon. We will definitely be back. Gods beauty is all around.

Idyllic hawks nest getaway

Nice Location, Rustic Charms
The cabin is in a wonderful location on the edge of a wide wooded valley and I appreciate the remoteness of the site. The Hawks Nest is a nice size for a couple or small family with older children. The cabin is subdivided from a larger cabin and has some awkward side effects of being a piece of a larger previous design. The only entry is the side porch, which has two steps down to a small landing, another step down to the porch and then three steps back up to the house, all on 12-15 feet of deck. The back porch shown in pictures is inaccessible to the Hawks Nest guests. The cut down entry door is mostly sealed in the jam and the bathroom sliding door mostly closed but leaves gaps. The hot water mixing valve in the shower allows roughly a 3 minute hot shower before getting tired and going cold. The king bed with the best view is comfortable and cozy, but may be too low for some folks tastes. The air conditioning works wonderfully and the water was quite high pressure for a mountain top abode. The outdoor areas are not kid safe for small children as there are several electrical boxes and open and exposed wires are within hands reach. We also found a handful of broken glass outside. The deck railing is not be trusted either, the hog wire appears sturdy but I WOULD NOT let my children out there. Lastly, if you have children I would be cautious on the stair case as the balusters are far too wide apart to prevent accidents. Overall, the experience was fun but I would not come back.
