“Very comfortable and well furnished condo. Roof top terrace is great for tanning, card games, morning yoga, etc. Condo is a 2-3 minute walk to Jack's Tacos, Jake's Java (and, more important, acai bowls) and Tambu. Love this place!”

“Beautiful as described in perfect location. However several management company concerns. 1) We did not the detailed email on where and how to get into the place. After a long drive from SJ we had a stressful and long delay getting in. 2) The AC in main room leaked water so we turned it off. 3) The remotes for the TVs did not work.”

“Beautiful property and condo (balcony wow) pool grounds exceptional and beautiful beach with palm trees. It exceeded our expectations. The condo had luxury towels and bed linens. The king size beds were very comfortable. AC worked excellent in the bedrooms. I wish we had 2 sets of keys for convenience but that’s my only suggestion. Very safe. Highly recommend. Got to snorkel 40 yards right off the beach. We had an amazing family vacation here at this special condo. ”

“This was one of the nicest condo's we've stayed at over the years. Clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. Well furnished is a big deal. Too many condos have cheap uncomfortable furniture. Not this one. Meticulously clean as well. My wife had me check the top of the ceiling fan for dust before turning it on. None to be found. The view was amazing everyday all day long. But equally as important the grounds are well landscaped and well kept. The pools were very clean. We made friends with some...

“Great place, great location, right on the water as advertised. No beach, there is a rock wall, but there’s a very quiet beach a 3 minute drive south. The place was very clean and the air conditioner cooled the whole place quickly. Great sunset views!”

“The condo had ample space. Furnished with dated and cheap furniture. NO HOT WATER and almost NO WATER at all. Noisy filters ran frequently and ran leaking water on the floors. Owner responded, but couldn't resolve during our stay. Roaches were in kitchen.”

“I have stayed in several locations around Rincon over the last 12 years. My husband and I weren't traveling with additional family so we needed a smaller place. The rental was fabulous! It had two rooms, was the cleanest place with great decor. I loved the balcony looking at the ocean. We saw beautiful sunsets at night. It was peaceful and relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants and the marina was key. We can't wait to stay here again.”

“Great stay! Beach is great. Apartment is great. The only thing disappointing is the lack of towels. One hand towel for two people . One dish towel! No wash clothes! Other than that minor issue, the place is awesome. Clean. ”
