“Access to Lake Huron to see wonderful sunrise. Everything we needed in the evenings to catch sports on TV. Host recommended excellent spots to eat (and we tried them all)! Wonderful area to explore (drove to Caseville and Lexington). Did catch a bit of fall color still. Host responded immediately to questions. ”

“This is my 3rd time renting the castle and everything was just as expected. The hot tub was very clean and stayed at a nice hot temperature, there were plenty of clean towels and extra bedding, the grounds were beautiful and the castle itself was well organized and clean. I can’t wait to come back again next fall!”

“Wonderful location right near beautiful Lake Huron. I imagine it’s busier in the summer but nice and quiet in October. Very comfortable cabin; especially loved the screened porch which was perfect spot to play games as the sun went down. Didn’t cook (easy takeout nearby) but perfectly adequate kitchen if we had wanted to. Lots of nice walks and beautiful sunrises. Highly recommend for a couple; might feel crowded with more people ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this nicely appointed house right on Lake Huron. Steps away from the beach. Our daughters spent the weekend playing in the water and collecting rocks. “A short October weekend. Golfed at near by Lakeview Hills (Which was excellent), dined in the local downtown, which was charming and plenty of good food and drink options . The property was very quiet and had a beautiful view of the lake front. Pet friendly and parks nearby. No cell service anywhere outside the town,but wifi worked just fine. ”
