My wife and I brought our 2 kids and 2 friends of theirs, as well as our 2 dogs. The 2 teen boys loved the basement area to hang out and play video games to wind down, and the rest of us enjoyed the outside areas during the day and the common area inside at night, playing card games after a fire.
The cabin is well kept and clean, and it is situated in a secluded, wooded area, but close enough to town for quick trips to get supplies or a visit to the local brewery.
Utensils and dishes are well stocked, and the indoor griddle was great for cooking up big breakfasts.
The dogs had plenty of room to roam with the surrounding trails, and there are couple of spots to sit and enjoy the view of the river…especially with a cup of coffee in the morning.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and Dana is a great host.
