“Renata‘s place was perfect for us for five days of skiing at Ski Santa Fe. Her home was rich in Southwestern character, spacious, and very clean. Comfortable beds! We particularly liked the woodburning fireplace and the lovely artwork. It was perfect for a family of four. We were about 20 minutes from town so you definitely need a car but we know Eldorado in Santa Fe very well and love the open space and beauty in Eldorado. Owner super responsive. House well stocked with everything we needed....

“We loved our stay at Casa de Suenos! It was a lovely area with lots of natural flora and fauna surrounding the exquisite adobe home. The house itself was very comfortable with many spaces to enjoy. The beds were particularly comfortable and really helped us relax and rest. Other wonderful things are the trails around the home, the record collection, and the original art throughout the house. It was a great environment for a visit to the area and allowed us to get away from the tourist stuff...

“This place was perfect for our mixed age range family to catch up with each other. Well stocked bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms. The unit layout is such a neat and unique feature to accommodate individual families getting together but still have their own amenities. Unit 1 is also large enough to host people from the other units. ”

“The house was clean and spacious but very close to the neighbors property. The location was convenient to Santa Fe. It would be better if they had an 11 am check out instead of 10 am. The rate was not inexpensive. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but did not have any napkins, saran wrap, tin foil or zip lock bags for food storage.”

“Nice home with easy access to Santa Fe plaza. Home was as described and owners were quick to respond. Fully stocked kitchen was great for preparing meals. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced back yard. Only issue was the yard was all sand so dogs brought sand inside even after being wiped down. It would have been nice to have access to a small vacuum to keep up with the dust and sand.”

We could take short walks from here or easily drive to Lamy (visiting friends there) or Santa Fe (for museums, restaurants). One thing that put us off, was that the described fireplace that we were looking forward to, was no longer usable. an electric flame simulation was in place now for the fireplace. also there seemed to be many remotes for the TV that no longer used. there was one remote out of the five that was needed. there was also no house book with instructions on how the heating was control. the heat seemed to be a collage of three different heating...
