A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos).
We stayed in a room facing the street and the noise from early mornings sometimes bothered us, the room should have at least double windows. The room was not bad, but a bit too dark and it had a few electrical outlets. It lacked some maintenance as well.
Staff - We were treated very well, this is a differential point in this hotel.
Food - We had full board and the food, in general, was very good. One thing was that most of the desserts contained cream, it lacked more variety of fruits and (if possible that they were already sliced) and more variety on desserts without cream.
Drinks - In the all-inclusive, you are entitled to alcoholic beverages, but these are generic, ie not branded ( which was a surprise!).
The pool/beach area is very good with chairs for everyone and a well-kept garden.
Wellness - In my point of view, the indoor pool and sauna should not be charged separately.
