“We stayed at the 1BR 20E - Cozy Downtown Atlanta Condo and the property was perfect for our trip. 4 friends of mine and I enjoyed the proximity of this property to the Mercedes Benz stadium, aquarium, world of coca cola, State farm arena, restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and quiet.”

“My friend and I stayed while attending a nearby convention. The location is centralized and nearby the sights, and there's a great view from the 19th floor. However, these pros did not outweigh the many cons of this unit, and dealing with the host. 1. Check-in took 30-40 min because the host provided no confirmation details to the front desk. 2. Dirty kitchen, floors and bathroom 3. Roaches were observed in the bathroom, likely entering through the large gaps in the shower tiles of the service...

“We had a very nice long weekend here. The condo is nice and clean and a short walk to the aquarium which was our main purpose for staying here. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would stay again.”
