“My husband and I had a nice weekend to ourselves. I could be nit-picky and find things to complain about if I wanted, but overall this place suited our needs. One drawback is that it located right next to the freeway which was pretty loud. On the plus side, the downstairs bedroom was quiet and dark; the freeway did not bother us there.”

“Great cabin and location. Only issues we had were that none of the outlets worked in the master bedroom and we were not allowed to use the hot tub.”

“We had a good stay at Rivers Edge. We rented it while having work done at our house in North Bend. We didn't take advantage of the outdoor spaces due to work and school. It was quiet, comfortable, and close access to the freeway. ”

“This was the perfect place for two families to rent to hang out with enough space for everyone. The kids had an awesome time playing in the snow. I did not enjoy using vacasa for communication. It was impossible to get any help when a big storm was reported a few days before our stay. ”

“Lovely little cabin that we stayed at during our elopement weekend. 10 minutes away from Gold Creek Pond. Property was clean and spacious. Plenty of kitchen space (including microwave, fridge, stove, and kettle) if you decide to bring groceries and cook. Only cons would be the lack of a full-length mirror and lack of space to place your toiletries near the sink. Otherwise, would love to come back again during the colder months!”

“Every 4 years a few families head to a cabin together to watch the election and teach our kids about everything going on. This year we had 3 families plus my Mom (70yo) in her own room. The house layout was perfect with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs... the bathrooms were huge, the living room was comfortable, game room was great for the kids (from 3-14yo - all had fun). The fireplace out back with the heaters above was one of the best parts - really warm even though it was 40 degrees...

“Fantastic house for a large group. Minor issues with a few dishes put away dirty by previous guests. The view was amazing from the hot tub and the backyard. The shoreline was a very long walk from the base of the stairs in July, we ended up driving our vehicle to the water most of the time as it was too far to Cary stuff there.”

“The Fire Lodge was incredibly accommodating and had every amenity we could think of. There was ao much space for our group of 9 to enjoy. We were there for our wedding and it truly felt like a resort in a private cabin. Check in and check out were very simple and made our lives a breeze. The Fire Lodge was clean with very responsive hosts that did not over communicate. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend this stay to everyone we know. ”

Access to the park and trails is so convenient. Deb and Don are kind and amazing people. Quick to respond to any question we had and offer insider knowledge for our trip. Can't wait to stay again!”

“House is a bit smaller than it appears online and the spiral stairs weren’t the easiest to deal with…problem only because navigating them after a 100 mile race proved difficult. I’m probably the only one with that problem though. Otherwise it was great, very pretty area and competitively priced. Would definitely recommend this house considering the pricing of all the other available places in the area.”

“This is a beautiful home tucked away in the majestic Washington mountains. House is great for friends and family with tons to do. Several games in the basement. We had a great time and would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away to the mountains.”
