The location and the decor is about the only good thing about this place. 6 min walk to the river walk area which was nice. The check in process is terrible! They wanted a picture of my drivers license which I was not going to do. We paid $21 more to check in a hour early and not only could we not get in at 2 I had to call in order to get the code to the door which too 10 mins. Then I had to call back because the wifi password was incorrect. So, not a great start. The place had nice decor and it was clean except the towels, they smelt terrible and looked grubby. The cheap black and decker ac unit did not work well at all. Thank god we brought our own fan and used the house fan to help, but it was still uncomfortably warm to sit and watch tv and sleep! We were told that we had access to the patio area and since there is no door directly to it, we had to walk out the front door and go to the gate to access the patio, except there was a lock on the inside so we couldn’t get back there at all! The refrigerator was a small one so it didn’t have ice or water. So you would think they would provide a few water bottles and ice cube trays, but no that was not the case. Tissue would have been nice as well, instead of blowing our noses with crappy toilet paper. Overall, not a great place to stay and won’t ever go back.
