This was a great place to stay to get a feel for what it is like to live in Rome in a safe, walkable area. Monica was able to arrange airport pickup for us and met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked. She has great pride in ownership and inspired us to care for her place. “We loved our 5 nights in this apartment. There were 4 of us. My adult son slept in the loft area on the futon and my daughter was in the bedroom with the skylight but the shade kept the room dark. Our bedroom was on the main floor. Our bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was nice to have. The AC worked so well! “The start of our trip was a major disappointment - still waiting to see the inside of our accommodation. The host sent last corro advising they would meet us at 5pm we waited from 4.15pm until 7pm We phoned several times with zero response, even an Italian policeman who offered assistance rang the host also to no avail. “This was the most welcoming home I have ever been in. The host was amazing. She even came to get us where the cab dropped us off. We were lost. The home is superbly stocked. It was very easy to catch a cab to everywhere we wanted to go. Couldn’t recommend it more. And the space outside was a blessing with the tourist season in full gear. Will definitely come back. ”

It’s also very safe with multiple security measures (doorman, locked gate, keypad on apt door). Easy check in process and communication with owner/assistant.
