“Friendly and efficient check in at the hotel. Great location. Zoom Bikes left our rental bikes at the hotel for when we arrived. Cute balcony with a table and two chairs. The bathroom could be updated. Otherwise a lovely stay. We would stay here again.”

“The trailer we had seemed brand new, well equipped and everything in great shape, very clean. Check in was easy, love the location right between Niagara Falls and NOTL but out of town so quiet and no hustle and bustle. We loved we could sit outside on the deck, bbq and have a bonfire at night, all outdoor seating was provided and in great shape as well. Beds were a little hard for us, but to be expected in new trailer. Will stay here again and have already recommended to family.”

“¡Terriblemente inflexibles! Se realizó la solicitud de cambio con antelación y en ningún momento hubo respuesta. De manera incoherente me contactan por otro medio preguntándome si ocuparía la reserva y ofrecen reagendar, respondí y hasta el momento no tengo confirmación. Solicito se verifique la posibilidad de reagendar para no perder el monto invertido en la reserva.”
