“My family and I rented this flat while on vacation from California. We stayed one night while visiting the Cambridge sights. The flat was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It was walking distance to a Tesco express and there were restaurants nearby. The neighborhood seemed safe and we loved having our own parking space. We were greeted upon arrival and shown around the flat. I would highly recommend!”

“Booked and paid for 3 nights at last minute because of a family emergency at Addenbrokes hospital. Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. ”

I would like to point out, bedroom two is separated from the room by a curtain, it wasn't a problem. I love the garden made me feel home from home, it a place to relax. Communication was excellent.”

“Enjoyable stay on Puzzle, attractive and comfortable, boat. Peaceful and quiet, we liked watching riverside life. Great for walks by the river and easy to walk to the town. Internet access was limited as there is no Wi-Fi, but ok for a few days stay. We hope to return in the future”

“We booked for a special occasion and the cottage was perfectly located to walk to our venue - Ely Cathedral. The cottage was lovely and clean with everything we needed. My only regret is that the weather prevented us from seeing the cottage in the warm sunshine. The owners were wonderfully helpful when we had a little hiccup with the hot water - coming over to help despite it being a Friday night. Thank you to them. We enjoyed our stay and the location of the cottage allowed us to get out and...
