“Our 4 night stay at Adavillas was lovely. (2 families 8 pax) It is a complex of villas of two floor and a root garden on the top with a private swimming pool each. Our (deluxe level) had breathtaking views across Kusadasi Bay. The staff is really kind and available 24 hours a day for any need. To get around or get into the city you need to have a means of transport. Thank you for the pleasant stay”

“We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . ”

“On arrival no one met us at the villa we had to go to another accomodation for the keys, they were very un helpful and didnt know where the villa was. As it was night time when we arrived there was no name on the villa so we just had to chance it was the right one by looking at an online picture and trying the keys. The toaster didnt work, nor did the washing machine or the tv. The accomodation was in need of updating and didnt feel that clean especially in the bathrooms lots of mould. No out...

“5 Day Stay - This wasn't booked with the owner but a Villa Company that I wasn't aware of until booking was confirmed. Arrived to pick keys up and was told our booked Villa wasn't available due to an issue caused by 2 days of heavy rain, but we had been 'Upgraded'. This was not the case, just a bigger Villa.
