“This is an extraordinary hotel, a colourful and unique oasis in the middle of bustling kochi. The rooms were beautiful and large and cool with a hot shower and comfortable beds. “Large room with three separate beds but non-functional. Yes, I understand that they have a room available not meant to be a hotel room, but why not rent out to make money. AC and WiFi non functional. Dark closed room. Couldn’t open windows. Needed to keep lights on. Dirty unusable wooden cabinet with age-old newspapers strewn as shelf liner. Folks, clean up the cabinet, paint and use store bought regular shelf liner but never those dirty newspapers. No place to put luggage even for one person....

“Lively staff, right in the centre of Fort Kochi. Location was fantastic with loads of restaurants & cafes close by. Room had aircon which was a big bonus as we didn’t think it had it. Rooms overlook communal courtyard - big and spacious. Clean bathrooms and no issue with bugs (except mosquitos but they are everywhere in Cochin). Cons: Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty upon arrival (some had stains) ”

“Despite me having 5 e-mails to the establishment that i was arriving late (2 am) there was no attempt to organise entry. I had to sleep on the floor outside the apartment that morning. The apartment was comfortable and value for money but it was showing its sge. There was no internet and tv was inoperable.
