“Property is beautiful. Waterfront is so nice. Definitely not super fancy but does the job. French press coffee only. Did not like that. One had a crack in it. Our only real complaint was the number of flies we had to kill every afternoon in the kitchen. If the owner fixed the kitchen door this won’t be a problem. Beautiful place. Would stay again. Would have liked a microwave and kcup coffee pot.”

“You can't beat the environment. It's in the middle of the redwoods. Each cabin-like room has big trees close by. The room is cute, like an antique; if this is your type of thing you probably would like it. However, it's quite old. “We really enjoyed our stay at this mountain hill home. So clean and comfortable. It was equipped with the necessary high speed wi-fy as well as 2 smart tvs. We did have a couple of issues that were quickly resolved by the owner and property manager as communication with them was excellent. The mountain and valley views from the front porch was magnificent. This was our second stay at this home and will definitely request it again in the future trips!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Carraway Cottage! It had everything you need to stay comfortable and relaxed. We were pleasantly surprised that the water filtration system allows you to drink straight from the tap so we could refill our water bottles too. The bed was very comfortable, it was clean and well-kept. The location is central to the beautiful attractions of the redwoods. We took several hikes and had a fancy dinner at the Bennie Inn. Highly recommend!”
