The check-in process was complicated. They have their outside website and you have to provide all your personal and credit information again. The code to the door didn't work, luckily they had a key we could pick up. The floors were very cold. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is very minimal and it doesn't have a dishwasher (which I had not look at in the amenities before hand). The backyard is nice to sit out however, it needs a lot of loving. The last night before we were flying out, there was a party with young adults in the upstairs unit. They were drinking and smoking and we heard them with chairs and arguments until 4am. I really regretted our stay there and I'm usually not too picky about the homes we stay at but the beginning and the end were dreadful.
