“The property is exactly as pictured and described. This cozy, homey mountain getaway was everything my family and my dogs needed. We did not need anything that wasn’t already provided by the hosts. The property offered plenty of space to roam and hike and let our dogs run free ans wild. The proximity to Yosemite was perfect as well. We were able to use the Western and Southern entrances to the park at the same distance from the cabin. We will be back!”

“The house was everything it was advertised to be. Quite location, beautiful night sky with access to a telescope, clean house, and well stocked. The host, Mike, responded in good time and ensured we had what we needed. My mom got to see the night sky she remembered from her teenage years. We will absolutely keep this property in mind for future vacations. Mom said this is one of her top three houses she has ever stayed at.”

“What a cute little spot this is. The frogs in the pond in the backyard are so serene. It’s also close enough to the park, and we got right in no wait. I definitely want to come back in the summer and have the best nights sleep of my life next to this pond on the top of this mountain. Also the price was great. ”

“Well maintained cabin with plenty of space for out party of 5. A little far (1hr drive) from Yosemite Village but manageable. We felt very comfortable during our 4 night stay. Only quibble would be the dated stovetop and oven. As there was no exhaust fan, broiling pork chops in the oven resulted in quite a bit of smoke (much of it from pre-existing grease and burnt bits already caked to the top oven)”

“Overall a nice place to stay. Everything was clean, the heater worked well, the kitchen had everything we needed in the way of utensils and appliances. The only caveats were the driveway which was a bit tricky to maneuver and the stairway to the front door. The property is not wheelchair friendly. The electric stove was a bit of a learning curve. When combined with the higher altitude, we had to double the time we set aside for cooking meals. The decor was nice and it was a short drive, maybe 10...

“We have stayed at many VRBOs and this has to be one of our favorites! It is so clean and tastefully decorated. There is great attention to detail and many amenities to make sure you will have everything you need! The kitchen is very well-stocked.
