Villa Principessa is a fantastic villa with a great staff! A huge gift basket with local fruits, a white and red wine from their own production and many snacks, including pasta, as well as coffee capsules, sweetened our arrival. The view, especially in the top part of the Villa is breathtaking. The sunrise is unique and very picturesque. It's like watching God paint and all the sky is its screen. Simply just fantastic. We still had warm weather. Access to the beach is a few steps away, The water is very clean and you can see small fish swimming inside. If it was too cold, we could go to the infinity pool which is heated instead. The view from there is unique. The shops of everyday life are about 10 minutes walk away (easy and short walk). A staircase leads down to the center of Minori, where also the port for the ferry is. From there you can best reach the neighboring towns of the Amalfi Coast, as well as the small well-known island of Capri. We highly recommend this Villa if you vish to visit the Amalfi Coast.

Villa Principessa: Heaven Villa Principessa is one of the best villa we ever stayed in! Views are spectacular, terrace is a wonderful place to relax, you can walk down to the sea or use the amazing heated pool, and the lovely Minori is a few minutes stroll away. Giuseppe who took care of us during the stay was extremely kind and helpful.The hospitality provided form the whole Amalfivacation team (including Vincenzo, Samantha, Erminia and Andrea ) was amazing: they provided us recommendations , coordinated travel, helped us with anything we asked for.

Heaven in Ravello!
A magical setting for a family getaway with our adult children! We loved the property - each room was exactly as described with stunning sea views! We loved the walkability to Minori and did that daily. The bus was also easy and convenient to/from Amalfi. The garden was exceptional and the kitchen had everything we needed. Felt right at home! The host was very responsive and made our trip seamless from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Views for days
Located on a busy street the villa is expansive and so comfortable and the extra touches with coffee machine, fresh fruit and snacks were appreciated. We even had a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Giuseppe is a gem! He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us daily. The proximity to Minori, the piazza and the ferry are a huge asset. Ravello is up the stairs, albeit a lot of stairs. We loved the swimming platform and the washer and dryer. Communication with Vincenzo was easy and as this was our second visit, we would stay again. Our Memorable Stay at Villa Principessa, an unique villa
We had a wonderful time at Villa Principessa. It's a 400 year old villa, completely renovated, full of charm and beautifully equipped with every comfort. The place was perfect for our family. Everything was in order.The groceries provided on arrival were a very nice touch and greatly appreciated. Villa Principessa was not only beautiful but also in a perfect location - easily walkable to the picturesque town of Minori where the townspeople are friendly and welcoming. In Minori there are ferries to visit Amalfi, Positano etc. What makes Villa Principessa unique is the access to the sea (besides the heated pool). It was so gorgeous that we went for a swim nothwistanding it was october! We would highly recommend the villas and the company: Amalfivacation. A special thanks goes to Vincenzo, Samantha, Giuseppe and Andrea. They were all just wonderful and very helpful. It was a great vacation and exceeded our expectations. We definitely wish to come back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home during our trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the charm and elegance of the property. We arrived to a fresh fruit display with crackers, cookies and 2 fine bottles of wine. Giuseppe was the consummate host available to offer recommendations and any help we needed. The views from the property were breathtaking especially at sunrise and sunset. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to Minori and the ferry. The home is clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this beautiful Italian home for anyone looking for a serene and authentic Italian getaway.

One of the few Villas on the Amalfi Coast with pool and sea access
Villa Principessa was amazing! Location, amenities, and Amalfivacation staff (Vincenzo, Samantha, Giuseppe and Andrea) were all incredible. The villa itself has a long family history and is very well maintained. Staying at the Villa Principessa was the highlight of my families two week trip to Italy. We travelled with another family (so four adults and four teenage kids) and decided to rent the villa to accommodate the eight of us and it was the perfect way to end our trip. The house looks exactly like the photos but it is even better in person. The bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable as are the couch beds in the living room which we also used, the bathroom/showers were modern and nice, the infinity pool and the the swim platform were also great to have - having water access was a requirement when we searched for a villa. Infact I chose Villa Principessa and Amalfivacation, for my vacation on the Amalfi Coast, because it has both a pool and a direct access to the sea, not easy to find. Enjoy!

Amazing Stay at Villa Principessa
Villa Principessa - Amalfivacation is just an amazing property, even much more beautiful than in the pictures! Breathtaking ocean views from all rooms and from the large beautiful terrace with bbq, on the backyard for breakfast and dinner. The access to the ocean and to the wonderful infinity pool were both great bonuses. The location was perfect, only a short and easy walk to the beautiful Minori village. It was easy to reach Amalfi and other little villages by ferry, bus or car. We were helped by Giuseppe with our bags once we arrived and he gave us the grand tour. The food and the wine gift were a wonderful gesture. The owner's wine from his vineyard was exceptional. Giuseppe was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. He tended to our every need and made sure that we ate the best food at the best place, at the Michelin starred restaurant at their related Hotel Santa Caterina in Amalfi. For this restaurant there is a free shuttle back and forth, which was really appreciated. Thanks also to the kind Andrea who was on the property as well, and to the very helpful and accommodating Vincenzo and Samantha for the great communication prior and during our stay! I would recommend Villa Principessa and Amalfivacation to all my friends.

Great location on Amalfi Coast for 2 families
Villa Principessa from all the reviews and from the pictures looked like an amazing spot on the Amalfi Coast and it did not disappoint. The host arranged pick up and return for us which was handy and managed to get a trip to Pompei on the way there. We took the scenic route along the water. As mentioned in the write up the Villa is on a road and the first day was a bit intimidating when we dropped off and not used to it. There is some road noise but after the first night you get used to it and not too bad from bedrooms. The swimming platform and the garden were amazing, so much so that we didn’t use the pool. There are stairs to get down but well worth it. The hosts provided a bottle of wine and treats when we got there which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and air conditioning was good! Kitchen had everything you needed and of course beautiful views from all the rooms. We would notice different things everyday in the house with little touches and decorations. What made our stay was the exceptional service from Giuseppe from when we first got to the house to his daily check ins. Our entire group LOVED him - from picking up pizza for us one night ( and a bottle of wine) to getting us reservations for dinner to helping with our private boat tour to Capri. A highlight everyday for us when he would reach out and/or stop in but never unwanted. We will miss Villa Principessa and Giuseppe and those behind the scenes as well

Wonderful Villa!
Villa is wonderful and the Amalfi coast is breathtaking. Giuseppe made our arrival easy, gave us a thorough tour of the property, and gave us advice to make the most of our time. If you haven't been to this area before, be sure to read the description of the property - it is very accurate. Swimming in the sea or pool, nice town a short walk away, beautiful scenery. This was perhaps the best family vacation we've had!

Best place ever!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa Principessa! From the moment we arrived Giuseppe made us feel so welcome and helped us with our luggage. Not only did he help us with that Giuseppe also made our dinner reservations and arranged for transportation which made our dinners so easy and great! He also went grocery shopping for us and gave us all the info for the town festival that would be going on. We loved the place and were so lucky to have someone helping us the entire time! The house had wine, snacks and fruit ready for us this place is a MUST STAY!! Thank you Giuseppe ❤️

We were extremely satisfied with our stay and experience with Amalfi vacations. Giuseppe was the best host we have ever worked with. AMALFIVACATION assisted us with a private chef, stocking groceries, boat rental and the list goes own. The views were spectacular and the apartment was superb. We strongly feel that choosing AMALFIVACATION made our holiday perfect and were sad to depart. I would highly recommend and return as a guest.

Wonderful help and clean.
First, our property was spotless, and the view was nothing short of amazing. But the thing that stuck out was to service. They arranged a boat trip, they arranged a trip to Pompeii with a guide, they arranged a driver for us to walk the path of the gods and they picked us up at the train station and dropped us off at our hotel.. And the best part is those prices they arranged were all, more than fair. You are getting more than just a place to stay when you stay with these guys.

Exceptional stay in a non-tourist Amalfi coast town
We are so incredibly pleased with our stay at this beautiful Villa! It exceeded our expectations and we definitely recommend this property. It was well stocked with everything we needed: towels, cleaning products, utensils and cookware, etc. it was very clean and very comfortable. It was an easy 10 minute walk into the heart of Minori where you can easily catch a ferry to the other towns in the Amalfi coast. We were super concerned about getting all of our luggage for our eight person group from the dock up to the property. However, Giuseppe, our check-in host went out of his way to shuttle our luggage in his own car from the dock. Giuseppe gave us a thorough orientation to the property and helped us book reservations that first night at a great local restaurant. There is a private dock / patio with ocean access that was perfect for lounging on Chase lounges and taking a dip in the Mediterranean. The only thing to be aware of, however, is that there are no queen or king beds in the villa. All of them are single beds that can be pushed together for couples.

Perfect ending to our Italy vacation
This villa was fantastic. Yes, it has many steps and four levels, but that is what you get on the side of a mountain….,,and it is totally worth it. The villa is exactly as described. Check in was easy, as Giuseppe met us there when we arrived and gave us a complete tour of the place including how to get down to the sea and how to get up to the pool. He was great, checking in with us on the next day to make sure everything was going well. They had a basket of fresh fruit and bottles of wine as a gift for us, as well as bottled water in all refrigerators. As others have mentioned, we made arrangements for the private chef to cook for us on our last evening there and it was tremendous. The view from the villa and pool are spectacular and we plan on returning some day.

Great Value, Amazing Villa and 5 star service.
Gorgeous villa with ocean access and impressive infintiy pool with stunning sea view form every room. We were welcomed by Giuseppe with a big basket of snacks, fruit, coffee and 2 bottle of wines. We had dinner at the Michelin starred restaurant "Glicine" inside the sister property Hotel Santa Caterina . Giuseppe, was wonderfu in every way, and even arranged the shuttle to take us from the villa to the restaurant free of charge. The restaurant was excellent! Special mention also to Vincenzo, Samantha and Erminia who were excellent to deal with, both during the resevation process and our stay. Also the location was perfect. We already booked for next year!

We are a group of 6 adults and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for everyone. The views from each bedroom including the kitchen and bathroom were stunning! The only drawback was the villa sits right on a highway so you need to be careful when you open the front door that you don’t get run over by passing cars. But all good. Vincenzo was amazing from the get go! He responded all our questions:emails and made suggestions. His private drivers he recommended for us for the whole week were professional and on time and all spoke fluent English. He also recommended a cook for our first night at the villa and the food was so yummy!! Definitely do that when you stay at the villa. Vincenzo also picked up some wine bottles for us so everything was ready when we arrived at the villa! You wouldn’t regret staying there!

The Best of the Best
Villa Principessa was amazing . Comfortable and beautiful. Awesome breathtaking view of the sea from every room and from the terraces. The town of Minori was a easy 10 minute walk. The people in the town are friendly and helpful. We arrived at the villa by a private driver named Salvatore. He was so helpful and nice. I highly recommend you have him pick you up if you don't have a ride to the villa. He picked us up in Salerno's train station. When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by Giuseppe. Such a great guy! We felt comfortable right away. Highest praise is also reserved for AmalfiVacation and Vincenzo. I highly recommend this villa. Everything was smooth and easy.

Never wanted to leave
Infact, We extended our stay of 3 more nights First, thank you again Vincenzo for easy booking procedures and excellent organization. Giuseppe was fantastic in his capacity as property manager and answered all our daily questions with a smile. A wonderful, memorable home cooked meal by some lovely local ladies were one of the highlights for all of us. All of us are planning to go back to Minori which is filled with charming people and far enough away from the tourist crowds, but still close enough to the sights of Amalfi, Ravello, Positano...

Villa Principessa - Heaven
Villa Principessa is a fabulous find with spectacular views. It is beautiful, impeccably clean and well appointed. The furnishings are tasteful, up to date, comfortable and functional. From the moment we stepped inside we were transported to paradise. We were greeted by Giuseppe, who was instrumental in getting us settled and keeping us on target for a wonderful vacation. Kitchen is well stocked and we thought the basket of treats was a nice touch. As a party of six adults who are fairly well traveled, we would all agree that this was one of the finest vacation homes we have rented. Vincenzo was prompt and helpful with our reservation. The villa is well situated with access to the surrounding towns. The bus passes by the front door if you decide not to drive. The charming village of Minori is a short and easy walk from the Principessa . In Minori there is everything, from restaurants, to bars and grocery shops. We enjoyed our first meal at a local restaurant called Midnight Sun Bar in the square. Antonio, took great care in ensuring we tried the local favorites like the lemon fettucine. We were able to visit, by ferry, Positano, Amafli and Vietri as they are all close by. A day trip to Capri from Amalfi was enjoyable. The Villa Principessa was beyond our expectations. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the sun. We promised each other that we will return for a longer holiday next time. Many Thanks to Vincenzo, Giuseppe and Andrea.
