The only downside was the parking when they had visitors, but it wasn’t a big issue. the first time I knocked on the door and they moved the car from my assigned space. The second time, I parked on their drive way and let Josie know directly via message and the car in my space was moved and I didn't have to worry...

“Upon arriving we found this delightful A-frame home with plenty of parking. Entered and loved the floorplan. Loved the main floor living and the two very large decks. Walking distance to Grass Valley Lake and park. Perfect for a long weekend getaway and definitely will be returning.”

We really enjoyed the amenities with the hot and cold plunge tubs and the sauna in a scenic backyard as well as the quiet street, modern facilities and location to some great hikes and the rest of arrowhead. “Cockroaches, bugs,, and spiders/spiderwebs throughout the house. Outside of property looks like the place should be condemned. Five foot tall weeds with trash everywhere on front lawn. Contacted property manager immediately about roaches, sent pictures, and was told to use the insect spray under the sink. Host was nice and responded in timely manner. Vrbo should ensure properties depict accurate photos, for customer satisfaction. ”
