“Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

“The pictures of the caravan are largely stock photos and not the caravan (26a) that was rented to us. We particularly wanted an outdoor seating area and furniture and there were none, I did enquire about this at reception and they told me Hoseasons details are incorrect. The carpet was very stained and smelt of cigarettes and dog. No towels are provided and they're too tight to even supply 1 toilet roll. Generally clean but grubby. The caravan was next to the children's play area but not busy...
