“The house is fantastic, very clean and easy to find (right near the property market). Checking in was a hassle with security telling us we weren’t on the list so we couldn’t enter the park. People in the Venture Out office finally got a hold of our concierge, who was sick and didn’t pass the information down my party was arriving. After about an hour delay, we got on the list and were able to access the home. We had to pay Venture Out security office another 130, make sure you read the fine...

“This property is incredible. Right on the Gulf and you have 180 degree view of the water. The house is new and clean and has every amenity possible. Kayaks, bikes,and even fishing gear. Caught several fish right off the sea wall in back. Jessieca the property manager was wonderful and checked on us frequently during the stay. We will be back!”

“Definitely need to update the property. Day to day cleanliness was good but many burnt out light bulbs or mismatched bulbs. A coat of paint and updated furniture would help. House A has no view of the water and may have chosen a different place in the complex if i had known. Pool was well taken care of and lots of privacy by the home. Convenient to Key west and lots of good local restaurant choices. Beds were very comfortable. ”

“Some things broken. Some windows don't open. Only 2 usable bedrooms. Third " bedroom" is stuffed into a corner and is next to the water pump which came on loudly every time any water was turned on in the house. 2nd Bathroom was in this bedroom so others using it had to come in to the bedroom. No closets in 2 bedrooms. No dishwasher. Heated by small plug in heaters. Dining table only seated 4, and no other place to eat. ”

“Property was well stocked with everything you need. Great location. Only minor thing was had to fill out same paperwork 2-3 times when checking in because they didn’t have it… assuming it was a communication issue between host and security. All in all I would highly recommend.”

“This place was super cute, quiet and had added extras like chairs and towels for the beach and a cooler. The ac units were a little funky (maybe because of the storm) but they responded right away and got them fixed the next day. For us, the only “downfall” was no tv in the bedroom, but that’s not a huge deal. We would definitely stay again! ”

The owner was very accommodating and made it easy if we had any questions !! Highly recommend this home to ret . We have stayed at a few and by far the must comfortable for my family’s needs !!
