“We had a wonderful week in this cabin. While indoors might be not the coziest. The backyard is a wonderful place to spend your days. Sitting by the river. Swimming. Kayaking. Make fires at night. Listening to the complete silence. Very nice place to just unwind and read some good books. We had some problems with the toilet/septic tank. But it was all taken care of by the owner very quickly and friendly.”

“Such an amazing week. Thanks to Tanya, our attentive and helpful host, my two kids (and our lab!) and I enjoyed our time. The cottage is well appointed, clean, pet friendly, with rooms accommodate everyone and a gorgeous outdoor space. We took a polar bear swim (late october!) and we're all looking forward to enjoying the cottage and lake next summer. No question, this will be our go to cottage in the Kawartha's. Thanks, Tanya!”

“It has everything one could need - it is just small - nothing deceptive about the online description at all. Quiet with a truly lovely road across the street that I walked down at least three times every day I was there with the dogs - never did see a house - met a nice fellow on a bicycle and two cars, both of which stopped while I leashed the dogs. Owner is wonderful.”

“The children enjoyed their time at the cottage. There's enough activities for everyone to do (kayaking, canoeing, pedal boat. They also have firepit where you can roast marshmallows. The property has an ample space to play freebies, badminton, volleyball and basketball. The cottage is a little outdated but it is spacious. Our overall experience was great. Ali was great too..We will go back to this property again..”

“The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. The upstairs is very odd with a railing around a hole in the middle. Pretty much a waste of space. The railings should be...
