A solo minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional, (RDU), RTP, Duke UNC Chapel Hill, NCU, Downtown Raleigh,
y
 A minutos de conocidos hoteles como Marriott Courtyard, Residence Inn, Hilton Double Tree Suites y muchos otros también a cinco minutos del South Point Mall y de todos los restaurantes a solo unos minutos para acceder a la autopista HWY 1-40, 54,55,540, 1-85. y varias otras autopistas.

Great townhome
Super place to stay for multiple family groups all wanting to be together. We had 4 couples from all over the country and it was fun to have common space and also private rooms with bathrooms

Wonderful
What a beautiful and spacious house. Stayed during a USA National baseball tournament in Cary and had a wonderful time. House was only about a 15min drive to fields. House was very spacious, clean, and we had plenty of room. Host was very accommodating and communicative. Will definitely stay again next time we are that way. Thank you!

Fantastic stay!
Needed a place for my family to stay while visiting friends and family in the area. Centrally located to a lot of the places we needed to get to, clean, and well laid out. Host was responsive, will definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area!

Worst experience on VRBO
I have never written a bad review ever. I feel running a small business is tough enough and I subscribe to the old saying " if you have nothing nice to say ....", however my experience with this VRBO throws all that out the window. The owner will not give access information until an hour before check in. I guess that keeps people from checking in early and getting in the way of cleaning crews, understandable. But when you say you'll let me know the access code by 2pm Then let me know the access code by 2pm! I started calling the owner from the parking lot of this unit at 2PM until about 5PM. I'm sitting in a parked rental car with my family, and we have no where to go at this point. The owner is not returning calls or texts. By 5pm we are hungry and tired so I book a hotel room. At approx 6pm the owner calls and apologizes, he didnt have cell service. If you know a client is going to call around 2PM stay in a spot with cell service or give me the access code then go into a no cell zone. What the heck? I tell the owner that I booked a hotel as I had no way of knowing what was going on. He apologized and said I would be getting a full refund for my 2 day stay. All good right? He didnt refund me anything, I had to complain to VRBO after which the owner refunded only 74% of the amount I paid. I called VRBO to get the balance and initially they said ok it was obvious I deserved a full refund. 3 months later still waiting. No more VRBO or HA-RY71BK

Nice 3 story townhome
Home is in a nice newer development/park type setting and very quiet. Within a few mins drive to shopping/groceries/etc. Host was very easy to communicate with enroute as our flighs were delayed and we didn't get in till almost midnight. The host was available via messaging the entire time and made sure we arrived and got in ok. Nicely furnished and decorated, with laundry on the 2nd fl outside the bedrooms so you don't have to carry clothes up & down the steps. Large Master Bath with huge shower. The townhome is a little older than brand new and some of the walls needed painting but otherwise well kept. The only thing we didn't like was the smaller 2nd fl bedroom has a small staircase going up to the 3rd floor, which is locked once you get up there.(Unless you have >4 guests). So you have a staircase at the end of your bed heading up to darkness, or if you have >4 guests, you have to walk through that 2nd fl bedroom to get to the 3rd fl bedroom. Otherwise we enjoyed staying in the home.

Good location
The location of this property was very convenient to food, shopping, family outings. The place was open concept downstairs which was nice. This is NOT a brand new property as listed. It has a bit of age to it. I did not rate it higher due to the fact it was as clean as going to a friends house or even my home. It was not deep cleaned and we spent the first 30 minutes wiping down surfaces that had food splatter as well a a pan in the oven that was left after use. Considerable dust and cob webs in places. It felt more like someone changed the sheets and picked up a bit before we showed up. Not horrible by any means but I would expect more from the housekeeping service’s considering how much patrons pay for house cleaning. Owner did offer us the use of an additional bedroom which we did not need, I would have rather had part of our fees refunded. Nice place overall but doubt if we will use again.

OK but listing and other problems
The place is nice and well located, but we had a series of small issues that result in an overall 3.5 rating. Biggest issue is problems with the descriptions. The photos are accurate but description says 3 full and 1 half bathrooms. It also says 3 master bedrooms. That was important to us as 3 couples. But there are only 2 full bathrooms, so only one master. It also says the third bedroom has a queen but it actually has the trundle bed in the photos. Please make the listing accurate! Pros: Modern, nice townhouse with easy parking. Very nice lower level with a single great room including very large kitchen (we did not use), diningroom, and livingroom. Very nice primary bedroom and bathroom. Good, convenient, quiet location. Good AC. Cons: In addition to the listing errors noted above. Second bedroom rather small. Third bedroom tiny with no closet. No bath mat. One cockroach in kitchen. Weird Christmas wreath up in September. Overall not bad, but not right for 6 adults, which is what we had -- and paid significantly extra for the 2 extra adults.

Beautiful townhome located in a great location. Lots of extras stocked. Comfortable beds and soft towels. Everything you need and more. Didn’t use, but back patio has a gas grill, charcoal grill and smoker! Great communication with owner and quick responses! Would 100% stay here again!!!

Nice property
Everything was just as we expected. A very nice property. The only issue we had was the check out time, which is stated in the listing as 10:30. At 10:15 I received a phone call from the owner stating that his cleaning crew had been by twice and we had not vacated. He also sent a text stating that there would be additional charges if his cleaning crew had to come by again. I vacated the property by 10:30 as stated in the listing. Not a huge issue, but it was not appreciated.
