Lake Fork Baptism
Nicely nestled in the wooded pastures on the East side of Caney Creek Arm, very good for bass fishermen/women with boat and truck. Good parking and close enough to the new ramp across the bridge. SBRA 6 lane boat ramp.

Perfect for Lake Fork
The property was perfect for our fishing trip to Lake Fork. Great location and has a perfect place to keep my boat. The house was so clean and has everything you need. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Nice place
Very nice place to stay, secluded area. Cozy and homey feeling just enough space for 3 of us. Close to a boat ramp. There's some areas that needs improvement, the septic you can smell it from the bathroon toilet, wish theres a regular stove top/oven and the area where u first come inside is going through the garage and there was lots of spider web and needs to be sweep and clean. Definitely will stay again

We had a great stay!
Danny, the property manager was very helpful and friendly. The property was clean and well kept. We will definitely be booking here again. The water temp in the bathroom is backwards so we took cold showers the first night we were there, we felt dumb once we figured it out lol but overall we had a great stay!

Great Country Neighborhood
Beautiful property in a cute country neighborhood on dead end street. Public Boat Ramp right around the corner and the historic town of Quitman not too far away. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood street every morning and getting a peek of Lake Fork. Plus, star gazing at night was Amazing….so many stars!! The beds and reclining couch were comfortable and we enjoyed the multiple car ports to protect our cars. Cell phone reception was very limited, but Wi-Fi worked great. Danny was a great host and even accommodated an early check in. Thank you Danny! We plan to return.

Country getaway
We enjoyed taking our busy son from Dallas (we live in Montana) out of city life for a few days. Especially enjoyed walking in the Mineola game preserve a couple different days. The VRBO space was quiet and we enjoyed watching Duke/Gonzaga basketball and movies together and board games. Thanks for providing the game snacks. If a person wants to do any cooking, having more than one pan would be helpful. Enjoyed seeing a different part of Texas and meeting some nice people.

Perfect For Us
My wife and I stayed here with our 9 year old son for two nights. It was the perfect size for us. Everything was really nice and clean. It was private and easy to get in and out of. I have zero complaints.
