“A perfect little stay in a great area. The cottage was even better than described and was the perfect place to celebrate a big birthday. Contact from the owner and also the company they use to look after the cottage was excellent. “The cottage is beautiful and cozy and the grounds are lovely. We walked out of the front gate and directly across the lane into the forest shared with horses. When we drove into the property when we first arrived, we were greeted by about 40 beautiful deer. The location is awesome with a short walk to an old cozy lovely pub and a bit longer walk into Lyndhurst and the forest entrance right across the lane. It was so peaceful and quiet. “We stayed in the chicken coop which had everything you needed it even had heating, it had a large window which you could look out up to the stars while in bed if you kept the blind up. The farm also offered a variety of Breakfasts which were delivered fresh that morning. The pub and farm shop near by were only an 8 min walk and provided a good selection of food and drink.”

“Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!”
