This rental experience was just odd, for us. Having traveled extensively and rented many properties, we found the communication efforts commendable but the property management aspect failing.
If you're going to rent a property, and parking is in back, either have access/key/code panel in back or at minimum a walkway to the front entry where access can be provided.
Your literature repeatedly states a Welcome Kit is provided with information, etc; none was present.
At first glance the property appeared clean enough inside, however the grunge in corner of tile floors, the lack of door mats allowed much debris inside since one has to walk across lawns/leaves for access, the a/c filter needed cleaned to the extent the unit ran constantly and both my spouse and I suffered sinus congestion the entire time inside the house which never happens.
The overflowing stinking trashcan with maggots inside, broken door handle making access difficult and more demonstrates a lack of property management or proper supervision.
So no thanks.
