Recientemente renovada por un famoso arquitecto italiano con un estilo minimalista y mobiliario moderno, villa de 6 dormitorios ubicada en Casa de Campo en la hermosa costa sur de la República Dominicana. El diseño único es perfecto para que grupos y familias pasen tiempo juntos en un entorno paradisíaco increíble.

La villa dispone de una hermosa piscina exterior, un jacuzzi climatizado, una ducha exterior y un hermoso y exuberante jardín.

Una característica esencial es la posición de la villa.
Muy céntrico para todas las instalaciones del resort Casa de Campo: 3 minutos a pie de la playa, hotel, puerto deportivo, golf, ciclismo y senderos para caminar.

Para los más pequeños, la villa está equipada con una piscina hinchable de jardín, algunos juguetes para la piscina y juegos imprescindibles para la playa, además de una trona para comer y dos cunas.
Bajo petición, disponibilidad y pago, también es posible instalar un vallado de piscina.

La villa está equipada para alojar a personas con discapacidad.

La villa cuenta con 6 dormitorios para invitados y dos para el servicio, 7 baños y 7 walk-in closets, interiores en cada casa.

Tres habitaciones tienen 1 cama California King cada una y tres habitaciones tienen 2 camas Queen cada una. Cada dormitorio tiene un baño con ducha y vestidor.
La ropa de baño de cada habitación se compone de dos toallas de cara 100% algodón italiano de 600gr, toallas de bidé 100% algodón italiano de 600gr, dos toallas de ducha 100% algodón italiano de 600gr y dos albornoces M y XL 100% algodón italiano de 450gr.
La ropa de cama se compone de sábanas y fundas nórdicas de fino algodón 100% extrafino (Satén, Percal).
Todos nuestros tejidos son 100% hipoalergénicos.
También hay un aseo para invitados. El salón es muy espacioso con cuatro sofás perfectos para relajarse y leer. Hay aires acondicionados inverter en todos los dormitorios, así como en el comedor y el salón.

El precio pagado por la villa incluye un Chef, para la preparación del desayuno y el almuerzo, 2 camareros para la limpieza de las habitaciones, 3 camareros para el servicio de mesa, un conserje, un chófer/mayordomo y un jardinero, dos cunas disponibles en la villa. El horario de trabajo del personal es de 8:00 a 17:00 horas. También incluye tres carritos de golf: dos carritos de golf eléctricos para cuatro personas y un carrito de golf eléctrico para seis personas. Un Chevrolet disponible dentro de Casa de Campo y conducido exclusivamente por nuestro chofer. (combustible no incluido).
El patio es espacioso y tiene vista al campo de golf (hoyo 14) y al lago.

Los alimentos y bebidas no están incluidos en el precio. El huésped podrá realizar la compra en los supermercados con la ayuda de nuestro chef y nuestro conductor.

Thanks for a pleasure stay
Fantastic villa. I have been renting in Casa de Campo for many years but I have never found a villa that offers all these services at this price. I usually had to pay extra for golf carts, professional chef, car rental and so on, but I had everything included with them. The staff is extremely friendly. I will definitely be back very soon.

The house , the staff, everyone was amazing! This is definitely how a vacation suppose to be it was short of nothing. Here is a gem!
The staff seals the deal. Yes, there is the proximity to the Minitas Beach area which is super convenient for soaking up sun and ocean playtime, the 3 golf carts give individuals freedom to move about the resort at will, the pool and outdoor eating area encourage refreshing dips but also quiet time for real connection with loved ones, and the bedrooms are quiet and super dark. Unexpected was the professionalism of the staff who offer expert advice and service to ensure that guests enjoy their experience. It all begins with fresh squeezed juices and platters of assorted fruits bursting with flavor, but it is when you ask for whatever they suggest from the local cuisine using fresh fruits, vegetables and fish that the magic happens. We ate at several high end restaurants at the resort, but everyone's favorite meals were the ones prepared at the house. The staff offer smiles and enthusiastic responses to requests and work so hard "in background" to ensure that the house and grounds are super clean and there for you to enjoy. Don't miss watching the sunset at the beach.

Perfect Getaway
We had a great time. House was perfect for the 12 of us. Staff is phenomenal, starting with the manager, who was so helpful in arranging transportation, food and outings. Chef was truly amazing. Breakfast and four dinners were truly gourmet. The rest of the staff and especially Evelyn, took care of all our needs. Pina Coladas at the beautiful pool was a great touch. Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff, food, location, and house were all great. The pool has afternoon shade which was ideal. The chef accommodated a gluten free diet without any issues which is truly hard to find and is very much appreciated. We would absolutely stay in this house with this staff again.

Our BEST family vacation ever!
Our family of five young adults gathered to celebrate a BIG birthday for my husband’s birthday! Every single detail of the stay exceeded our expectations. The location of the home was absolutely central & perfect in relation to the entire resort. The staff was incredible- we had all of our culinary and beverage needs customized exactly as I had requested. Every morning was a coffee bar and breakfast selection you would not believe! In the afternoon we were greeted with fresh margaritas/mojitos and delicious appetizers. Our rooms and laundrey were cleaned daily. The gardner kept the grounds immaculate and our pool/veranda area was so inviting. I think our favorite was the 12 person hot-tub sauna that we frequented morning noon and night! The house manager Milagros was so very attentive and responsive and took care of every detail from menus to dinner reservations and a private boat excursion. The staff orchestrated a birthday party for my husband with custom decorations- steak/lobster dinner and the most delicious Oreo cheesecake we have ever tasted! The entire resort offered something for everyone- we felt so safe and were able to navigate in the THREE golf carts provided y the home. We certainly could have booked a smaller villa- but the 5 star reviews of this one drew us in. We will most certainly travel back to Casa de Campo for a seamless vacation that we will fondly treasure for a lifetime.

Fabulous Stay at the Perfect Large Family Villa
This was our third trip to CDC - two families staying in a house together. This was our best villa - by far. The location is excellent. A really quick walk to Minitas and on a quiet private street. The villa's grounds are perfect, with a good sized pool, a large hot tub, grill and tons of patio space. The gardens back onto the golf course and allow for great sunsets from the large comfortable covered porch. The bedrooms are all well sized and very comfortable. The AC worked pefectly, the bathrooms were oversized and in great condition. The villa staff were all extremely friendly and could not have been more helpful. Having a driver on call was really useful. Milagros the house manager was awesome - helping us with all our reservations and local travel needs. The three golf carts were a big plus. We had previously rented from CDC and their gas carts did not compare in terms of quality, size, and convenience.

Amazing villa and fantastic overall experience!
Right from the booking process, Dayana gave us all the information we needed to make sure our stay was perfect! Our group was an extended family so 11 in total, 5 children between 5 and 15 and 6 adults including 2 in their late 70s. The location and layout of the villa were great for everyone with a good mix of twin rooms and doubles and mostly on one floor. We landed late in the evening but our greeting was perfect both at the airport as arranged and at the villa with drinks waiting for us. The villa was exactly as described, if anything even more beautiful, and the team who looked after us were great. We hadn’t done this type of holiday before with a chef and staff their to help and we had been a bit unsure how it would be but I don’t know if we will ever be able to go back to our normal villa type after this!!!! We had very few problems but anything at all was dealt with quickly and simply, even when we locked the safe and couldn’t get back in!! Breakfast was amazing each day, we sometimes did lunch but mostly just a small snack or hot dogs for the kids but the team were happy to make those for us . We had the chef cook us dinner twice and on reflection we wish we had done it more!!! Amazing food and brilliant service throughout. Cocktails were fab and they even did mocktails for the kids. Having access to the golf carts for travel made things so easy and we mostly did our own shopping which, although expensive onsite, was really handy. Next time we would definitely go to the main supermarket in town for a bigger range but it worked just fine as things were. Milagros did a great job of organising a boat for us to fish and snorkel for a day and also an excursion to swim with dolphins in puta Cana. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the holiday wouldn’t have been the same without her. The whole resort was amazing, everything was close by, but the villa and team were absolutely second to none and I can’t thank them enough for making our holiday so special. We really hope to come back again soon!! We all agreed if we could give it more than 5 stars we would have done!! Absolutely recommend this for all ages and groups

Highly recommend! Everything was perfect
I can’t recommend this villa enough. I stayed here with 12 girls for my bachelorette party and it couldn’t of been any better. We are messy and loud but the staff was still so sweet and took great care of us. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff was amazing, so nice and took care of all our requests. We woke up every morning to a clean villa and our rooms were always cleaned. The beach and marina were an easy golf cart away (the golf carts easily accommodated all 12 of us). Milagros set up a taxi for us when we went to dinner/the club a bit farther from the villa. She also set up our van to/from the airport which made everything easy and safe. We did a boat day which was absolutely amazing. The boat we initially picked wasn’t available anymore but we were still accommodated and she gave us 2 other options. The staff made us breakfast every morning and dinner one night and it was delicious. The pool at the villa was beautiful I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Milagros can provide COVID tests for a small charge to anyone that needs. I hope I get to visit again.

The estate is extremely beautiful, very confortable and clean! The villa is very pleasant and polite. The manager and the staff chief all speak english very well. We have obtained all the necessary information for our holiday and to organize in the best possible way breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very suitable for children; the staff has give us a hand to make than feel at their ease. The villa is very close to the beach and the three trolleys have helped us in moving around. My husband is a chef, we have cooked at the villa in the main kitchen and I have ascertained it is perfectly equipped, The kitchen is extremely clean and very spacious. Thanks to the owner and to the staff everything has been perfect. We will certainly go back.

LUXURY VILLA, 5 STARS
We have been to Casa de Campo many times and I have to say this villa is the best. I will be back soon. The villa is like new and I must say that the cleanliness is excellent. I found the pool always clean. This villa has been recommended to us by our friends, but until now we have not had the opportunity to stay because it was almost always rented. I suggest you book in advance. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We chose the menu option and compared to the restaurants in Casa de Campo, we ate very well and saved a lot. My compliments to the chef. Unlike the other villas, here we found three golf carts included in the price. The 5 people who work in the villa are kind and caring, especially Milagros and Tatica, who speak excellent English. If you don't use golf carts like me, the driver can take you with the villa car anywhere in Casa de Campo. Perfectly maintained garden. Internet in the villa was fine.

Beautiful setting, wonderful stay
The property itself was wonderful with beautiful grounds backing up to the golf course and a gorgeous pool, spa and outdoor seating area. The beach was just a few moments away and there is lots to do in Casa de Campo overall. Rooms and common areas were cleaned daily. Meal preparation and food were excellent. There is a grocery store in Casa de Campo that we went to via golf cart which was quite easy. The one area that could be improved was the bug situation in the kitchen - there were many flies and roaches. That may just be what you need to expect in the DR, but was a bit of a turn-off for our group.
