¡Bienvenido a la magnífica Sunset Beach House! Disfrute de la belleza natural más espectacular que Michigan tiene para ofrecer en esta encantadora casa de campo de 6 dormitorios y 3 baños ubicada en el lago Upper Scott, a solo 2, 5 horas de Chicago y 3 horas de Detroit. A una corta distancia en automóvil encontrará las hermosas comunidades costeras del Lago Michigan de South Haven, Saugatuck y Holanda. Explore las muchas playas de arena brillante, las dunas increíbles y las impresionantes vistas del lago que se encuentran en la "Tercera costa" de los Estados Unidos. Esta casa completamente renovada está decorada de manera atractiva y es perfecta tanto para familias con niños como para un grupo de amigos que reavivan su amistad, todo en un entorno de lago y país perfecto. Nuestra casa consiste en una nueva construcción estilo rancho, terminada en julio de 2012, que no tiene escaleras en el interior. La gran sala ofrece opciones de entretenimiento y restaurantes que incluyen asientos en la isla, mesa de comedor o una mesa pequeña e íntima que también se puede usar para juegos de cartas y de mesa o para la reserva de chatarra. Los cómodos sillones de cuero son una zona de estar perfecta para ver películas. La cocina está bien equipada e incluso tiene un mini refrigerador para que los niños puedan comprar sus propios bocadillos y bebidas. Las habitaciones están bellamente decoradas, son cómodas y acogedoras. El porche cubierto es una excelente área de juegos para niños, o área de estar para leer; También es ideal para mirar los árboles mientras está sentado en una mecedora o en nuestros cómodos muebles de ratán. La playa cuenta con el mejor fondo de arena dura en el lago y es excelente para nadar. Y es especialmente bueno para los niños porque se profundiza lentamente, hasta las rodillas de 20 a 30 pies. La canoa es una forma divertida de explorar el lago. Si tiene un bote y quiere usar el muelle, siempre hay alguien a quien puede llamar para que lo ayude por una pequeña tarifa. Las puestas de sol pueden ser espectaculares en el lago. Una cubierta con mesas para comer al aire libre es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de una gran vista del lago. Una fogata ardiente es el lugar perfecto para terminar el día mientras cuenta historias de fantasmas y asa malvaviscos para s'mores.

Very nice and clean lake property. Rental company is very helpful and responsive. Plenty of room for all 8 adults and three kids. Loved the openness and big table so everyone could enjoy a meal together. We had a great time with our family.

This cottage is located on a very tranquil lake and hosted our family of 3 generstions with 6 adults & 4 kids, with room to spare. It is perfectly located between South Haven & Saigatuck, making it so easy for venturing to either town. The lake is a little mucky, once you get past knee deep, but is shallow, making it perfect for young kids. The open concept of kitchen dining and family was perfect for hanging out with beautiful views out to the lake. The master bath and shower are tiny, but didn’t bother us. Place was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. They even had a separate snack drawer for kids & separate drink fridge (very handy) and huge dining table to accommodate all of us. The views are amazing st sunset, especially with a bonfire and drink/smore to top off the end of the day.

We had a great stay with our group of 10 friends. The access to the lake was great even though the weather wasn't on our side. Location was a bit further from other attractions than we anticipated but it was located between South Haven & Douglas/Saugatuck so we were able to visit both during our trip. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out. We couldn't find the remote during our stay but didn't end up using the TV much anyway. Communication with the host beforehand was great, answered all our questions and suggested things to do in the area. Great find for a Southwest MI getaway!

Leadership retreat

We rented the property to host a weekend leadership retreat for our church leaders. The property was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We reallly appreciated our stay and the sun set over the lake was beautiful.

Great Remote Location

My friends and I chose this Vrbo for our annual retreat in a remote location and this served us well! Very spacious (we made it work for 12 young adults), the property management team was very efficient and proactive with their communication (they answered all questions), the check-in/out process was smooth, and the lake that the property was off of was beautiful.Though this is likely a more desirable place for a family summer vacation, my group and I had a great time. I would recommend this Vrbo for anyone looking for a place to stay in Pullman/South Haven.

Girls Bookclub Weekend

We spent the weekend Fri-Sun. We were very lucky to have the most perfect weather. The view was terrific. We found things to do but if we hadn't left the house it would have been great too. House was great! We did have a lot of ladybug friends but this is the season and they didn't bother us. I appreciated the full stocked kitchen supplies but what is always nice was that there were spices and those kinds of things. It was easy access to wineries and the surrounding towns. Recommend!

Labor Day getaway

Our group of 6 adults and 6 kids enjoyed staying here. The house fit all our needs. The xanoe was enjoyed on the lake. We visited South Haven, Holland, & Silver Lake while here.

Pullman Cottage

This lake house exceeded our expectations. Perfect place for our family to enjoy time together in the open kitchen and living space. Nice deck, yard and fire pit. The lake was very clean and shallow enough for kids to play. The house is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It was nice to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. There was good communication with owner and property manager. We hope to return.

Peaceful getaway

We loved staying here! The house is perfectly set up for myself and my family, my brother and his, and my sister and hers. We had 7 adults and 6 kids very comfortably situated. The only thing i could ask for the house didnt have wasa game room or second living room. The lake was very peaceful and you dint have to worry about thenyounger kids going to deep as the lake is very sandy and shallow. Caught many sunfish and largemouth bass off the dock and canoe. Watch out for the swans and geese! Having the small fence to roll out came in handy. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Vacation 2024

Had a great week with the family. The house was great and was well stocked. The fence used to keep the geese out of the yard was a bit odd and annoying to have to take down to access the dock/lake. It was nice to have the kayak but it would have been nice to have a pontoon available. It was also a bit weird to have strangers wandering the yard every day scooping poop. Especially the guy who was complaining constantly while doing it as we sat on the front porch trying to read. Overall, the trip was great and the house was nice.

Family girls Weekend

Plenty of space. Loved how the bedrooms were down one hallway. The kitchen and living room all one open space. We had plenty of room to craft and play games in the long table. Everything in one floor. Plenty of bathrooms for 14 women. Totally ideal. Beautiful colors on the trees. Perfect weekend. Awesome Hosts.
