Lovely Leeward Villa
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved how close it was to the beach. The house had everything we needed including bbq, water cooler and beach chairs which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and yard. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with.

Great Home & Location
We stayed here last week. It was perfect for our family of 5. We were able to spread out. We had never been to T&C before, this location is perfect. The most beautiful beach is walkable, it's a secure neighborhood, we were close (driving) to small town w/grocery, coffee & retail shops It was great to have a kitchen to make meals because dining out is expensive (so are groceries but it helped to eat at home a lot!) Daniel & Natalie were extremely helpful when I had questions regarding the trip. They have an on-site manager who we communicated with a few times but did not need her to come to house. The beach chairs & umbrellas, towels & 5 gallon water dispenser that they supply were important to have. We loved having the pool to come home to after the beach and the home's landscaping is lush and tropical which creates a lot of privacy. It was an amazing week and we are so thankful we were able to visit this island paradise.

Perfect place for the week!
The house is a great value. The location was convenient and private, and the house is spacious. We felt safe staying there even with all the windows open to enjoy the cool breeze of the island. The pool is a great feature although a table out there for breakfast in addition to the pool seating would be a nice addition. It was a great place to sit in the morning and evening. The kitchen was well appointed. We found everything we needed. The water cooler was a plus since the water while drinkable does have a strange taste. The cooler bottles are easy to refill on the island. We did a lot of exploring so the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels that we could take along was great. Plus, the snorkeling gear at the house also came in handy. And there were cooler bags available so we could pack snacks and drinks to take along. The hosts were very responsive to our emails full of questions prior to our arrival and the property manager, Megan, was very responsive once we were on the island.

Peaceful Property
Pros: Clean, spacious, quiet, secluded, POSITIVE communication with property manager Cons: Terrible odor from irrigation system, no public transportation on the island (need car) Suggestions: The grey water irrigation system is set to come on at evening meal time and the odor was horrific. Set it to come on at nighttime. Stock paper products for a week for 6 people. New pillows (stained). Possibly replace mattresses. Beach cart for transporting beach chairs etc. Fun getaway with five friends!

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay in this Leeward villa. The location was ideal for our family--a quick drive to the action in Grace Bay but secluded and quiet enough that we felt like we had a great deal of privacy. The beach that is closest to the house was idyllic for early morning walks and sunset swims. The house itself had everything we needed and then some and we really enjoyed the small pool in the afternoons when we weren't at the beach or on excursions. The hosts were super responsive and helpful before we left and the property manager was the same while we were there. I wouldn't hesitate to book this home again.

Property owner and property Manager were very accommodating and Helpful.
We had a lovely time in Turks and Caicos. The property was close to everything from beaches, the store and town with restaurants/shops. The house had enough room for our party of six with a dining area and hang out area. The owner was very informative and the property manager Megan was amazing. She helped us with so many things.

Family scuba vacation
We loved our stay at Sea Sun relax Villa. We met the owners on their way home - they were able to walk us through everything in the house which was awesome. Then the property manager, Megan, checked in with us. She is absolutely awesome and handled any questions, made recommendations on things to do and where to eat and buy groceries, etc. She was extremely responsive. We enjoyed our time, enjoyed the salt water pool immensely and the separate rooms for getting away to read or watch tv on down time. Great place. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Perfect for the family!
Our family made so many great memories in Turks & Caicos! The property had everything that we needed. The house was clean and organized. The pool was a plus! Our kids enjoyed it so much. The beach is few minutes away and private compared to other areas of the island. Megan, the property manager, introduced herself in person on our first day and gave us lots of great recommendations. She checked in on us several times during our stay. Top notch customer service!!! The property definitely exceeded our expectations, and our family will for sure come back again someday.

Great vacation villa
Our family of 6 adults had an amazing vacation! Location was great, villa was very spacious, and the pool a wonderful place to relax. Daniel provided much information prior to our arrival and Megan was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions during our stay. A week in paradise

Fantastic holiday retreat
This is a wonderful home, and David and Natalia are super hosts. Light, and airy, with three good sized double rooms, this is an ideal holiday retreat, and the photos do not really do the property justice. Fully equipped with excellent wi-fi and satellite tv options, the house also has a wonderful pool within a pretty garden.Tucked away privately, it is still perfectly placed for the beach, and all the shops and restaurants of Regent Village. I would definitely stay here again. Only gripe: an unresponsive property manager.

Very nice stay.
We fell in to this house after our other rental was cancelled, but it was lucky for us! Everything was as advertised and we really enjoyed the pool and the beach (and used the beach chairs and umbrellas) plus breakfast in the screened in patio. The house could have easily accommodated more people and still allowed for some private time. A nice stay.

Great villa walking distance to one of the best beaches on the island
The villa was just as described, very comfortable and in a nice neighborhood which is just a short walk to a beautiful and quiet beach. We enjoyed many long walks and sunsets on the beach! The owners and property manager were fantastic to work with and checking in and out was a breeze.

Paradise Awaits
This property was in a perfect location for us on the island. A quiet Neighbourhood that was a 3min drive to restaurants and shopping, and a 10min walk or 1min drive to one of the nicest beaches on the island. The place was clean and well laid out, and the pool was a wonderful added touch when you just wanted to lounge around the house. The hosts and the property management were very responsive and helpful to all of our questions and needs. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the island.
