Perfect Family Holiday

Reef Tides was the perfect spot for our family holiday. With 4 adult children, the separated bedrooms was a nice design. The pool, kitchen, outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing and spending time together.

Great house with a great layout

Very impressed with this house and the owners/management. Excellent layout with multiple living areas. We had 8 family members and the 4 bedrooms with 4 king sized beds with separate bath worked perfect for us. Beautiful view right on the coast, everyday was wonderful just spending time at the house. Highly recommend staying here.

Sister’s Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Reef Tides. It was just 4 sisters, all over the age of 65, who wanted a quiet relaxing place with beautiful scenery. Very close to the airport and Grace Bay. This location does not have a sand beach for kids to play, but a great pool. We snorkeled from here, but for serious snorkeling I would suggest a tour. We walked over to Rock House, which was next door, for several meals. There was a wonderful kitchen, but we didn’t come here to cook.

Beautiful view and great location

We stayed here as a group of 8 - four adults and four kids (ages 9 and 12). Great location. Loved the snorkeling right off the property - awesome reef access. Great amount of shade with a covered patio for those that don’t want sun all the time. Quinn, the property manager was responsive and helpful! Location is away from all the touristy areas but a short 7-10 minute drive to many beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Also liked walking to The Rock House right next door for drinks and pizzas. Great vacation!

Hands down the BEST vacation our family has ever had!!

From the moment we stepped through those stately double doors to see the azure blue sea, we were mesmerized and fell in love with this spectacular property. As I gazed at the incredible view that surrounded us during our stay, I sometimes had to do a double-take as I could not believe it was real! We’re from Florida and we live on the beach, so we’ve got high expectations for beaches and are often disappointed when we travel. Not here - Provo has the BEST beaches we’ve ever visited. This home is set up perfectly for a family traveling with adult children or couples traveling together because there are so many incredible places on the property to get away and enjoy the beautiful views or some sunbathing in private, snorkel the same reef the boat captains take patrons to visit, relax in a hammock under a tiki hut, or even paint or do yoga in the quaint art studio. My daughters enjoyed both painting and doing yoga every day. The vast pool deck and undercover outdoor living spaces (there are two!) provide plenty of space for a large group of family or friends to gather together and enjoy each other’s company while taking in the views that surround them and listening to the surf crack off the rocks below. This home is located between the newest and most unique hotel on the island, Rock House, and an enormous 10 bedroom estate. We walked over to enjoy the restaurant and the Cave Bar at the Rock House several times as it provided yet another unbelievable backdrop for our trip. We’d originally booked at Rock House for our 30th Anniversary, but when our 3 adult children decided to join us, we found this magnificent home on VRBO - not even knowing that it was directly next door. The home has a unique pod design and has 4 separate and large self contained suites with their own incredible views and balconies. Quinn was an outstanding house manager and helped us book an amazing boat charter with Okeano’s Charters and a bonefish charter with Talbot’s Adventures. We highly recommend both. Michele was an excellent host and was very responsive from the moment we booked. If you have an opportunity to book Reef Tides for your vacation to paradise, you will love every minute of your stay. Simply priceless.

What a fantastic view

Pictures dont do it justice. The views are stunning and easy access to the water is unparralled. Our host told us to rent a car….we didnt. We highly recommend taking the hosts advice! Fishing trips and dinning were top notch! But i never wanted to leave the house! Will be back!!!

Beautiful!!!!

The best word for our stay at Reeftides is Magical! We treated our adult kiddo's to a week of sun together and this property had in awe of the beautiful view we stared at daily. I love its open concept and also its ability to give each couple a private suite with a bathroom. The manager Quinn was very accommodating to any needs we had and this trip will forever be in the memory books! Can't wait to go back!

Paradise Found

What an amazing week at Reef Tides! From the minute we opened the front door and saw that incredible view across the infinity pool straight out to the ocean, we knew we had found our bit of paradise. The house was even better than described, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a beautiful pool area, and plenty of places to chat, read, relax, and enjoy meals and drinks together. We could easily jump right into the ocean for a swim…heaven! The amazing breezes and spectacular views made it hard to ever leave the house! Thanks for a vacation we’ll never forget!

Heavenly Vacation at Reef Tides - Too Short!

Our family had the best vacation at Reef Tides and wanted to send you a huge 'Thank You' for hosting us this past week. We loved everything about our stay. Your home is wonderful and comfortable. It was me, my husband, kids (17 and 20), and mother-in-law. I asked our family about their favorite things about our trip.....the view....the reef....and the pool and house topped the list. The house is perfectly situated to enjoy the entire island. We explored the island and checked out several of the beaches. We booked a boat dive with Dive Provo and had a great time. We snorkeled at Bight Reef and had a long snorkel trip at Smith's Beach (around the buoys where we did see turtles). Hands-down, our favorite spot was in front of Reef Tides and in front of the nearby houses to the east. We would hike down the beach to the east and enter there and swim out to the coral and then float home. The coral and sea fans were amazing! This was some of the healthiest and best variety of coral we have seen. We saw several turtles, and the kids saw one GIANT turtle. I also watched a black eel with spots for quite a while, just a few doors down to the east. I wished I had a camera with me! Snorkeling was good at both high and low tide. We ate out each evening and had fun. Lots of great restaurants a short drive from the house. We loved everything about Reef Tides...the privacy of the bedroom suites, the nice breezes in the sitting areas, the variety of spaces to relax, and of course the pool! The house was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having the extra beer and wine refrigerator. We played games and cards every night and enjoyed the options to sit outside or inside to play (when it was too windy). Everyone loved the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Kids relaxed in the hammock and hiked up and down the beach at night chasing crabs. The gardens and paths on the property are magnificent. Our college-age kid stayed in the downstairs suite and loved having a little privacy and his own TV. Wifi worked great in the upper patio area around the pool and in all of the upper bedrooms and living spaces! The view of the ocean from the property cannot be matched. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this very special home and hope we can visit again! Many thanks and hope to stay longer next time!

Unbelievable Views

8 adults went to celebrate a friends 50th Birthday! If we were home we were out by the pool in the pool or snorkeling right of the coast of the house. We always had an afternoon breeze that kept it just kept it so comfortable. We could t get enough of the endless sea view! Sun rise & coffee was spectacular! Drinks by the pool all afternoon was the best!

Amazing stay! There were 8 of us (my husband, myself, our 3 adult kids and their partners) that stayed here. It was great that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The outdoor area allowed everyone to just do there own things but do things together as well. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with everything we needed. So glad we had our groceries delivered ahead of time too. The pool had a spectacular view! We hired Lizzie for yoga and she was incredible and worked with our needs and levels. So cool doing yoga outside by the pool! We also had a chef come in and prepare our last dinner! Again incredible. Fun being able to kayak and paddle board right off the property! It fulfilled all our dreams and expectations!

Absolutely Perfect Girlfriend’s Getaway

Six women celebrating our 60th birthdays and we want to go back! This was our 5th destination in 10 years and by far the best. The house was perfect and had everything we needed, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice showers, all kitchen cooking things we needed, etc. We cooked most meals there and also did some food delivery. We hung out at the pool area the majority of our day and had plenty of room. We also brought our on snorkeling gear and swam with the sea turtles down the beach everyday. It was windy which got old for some but I think that kept the bugs away which did bother me but not others for the first couple of days - bug spray took care of that. The only issues we encountered were a couple broken lounge chairs but we still had plenty for everyone. There was construction for a few of our days with a jack hammer going from 7:00am to 5:00pm which was unfortunate and quite annoying but probably an anomaly. We were told there was an ice machine but that didn’t seem to be the case and a bag of ice was supplied. Two of the fan remotes were missing and they had to be shared which was very inconvenient if you wanted to change the temp in your room during the night especially for the lower level room. I am guessing this lent to not being as judicious with the AC as we probably should have been (extra $200). We probably could have used a better house orientation because one of the ladies used a panic button fob thinking it would turn on a fan and it ended up calling the police - don’t do this :) None of these things would deter me from 100% recommending this villa. It was spectacular!

Breathtaking Views

Reef Tides fully exceeded our expectations. From the moment the gate opened and we drove up the drive I was in love. The villa is even more beautiful in person. It is hard to tell from the listing how expansive the property is. Each room is a separate structure so to speak. Providing ample privacy for everyone in our party. The kitchen was a separate structure. The living space was great for working a large puzzle and nightly movies. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing. So much room to spread out and enjoy the pool, the view and simply relax in paradise. The gardens and walkway. to the ocean were well kept. The stroll down to the water was peaceful. There is a hammock hanging down by the water, a lovely touch. The kitchen was well appointed. The bedrooms provided ample storage and cozy places to sleep. The bathrooms were great. Having a bathroom in each room is a definite plus. The powder room poolside is a great touch as well. To address the mosquitoes.. We are seasoned travelers. Especially to beach locations. While there were indeed mosquitoes it did not in any way hinder our stay. I would suggest bringing along bug spray if you are easily bothered. We had a great breeze for the first 6 days of our stay. That seemed to help with the mosquitoes. Overall this is a great property. I would highly recommend booking!!

Perfect

I planned a surprise 40th birthday trip for my husband and invited 6 of our friends. From the communication with Michelé and the Villa staff to the recommendations provided, everything was perfect. All of our friends were able to arrive earlier than us to hide and surprise my husband when we entered the villa. The stay was great, the views were beautiful. We snorkeled in the reef around the villa and even saw some sea turtles. Thank you Reef Tides!
