Luxurious Getaway
Unfortunately, my wife and I ended up having to work more than we wanted on this vacation. Not pictured in the listing is a generous two-seat workstation with a view across the living room to the ocean, which made our working experience as positive as it could have been.

Amazing View
We had a great time at Blue Mountain Villa! The house and property are beautiful and amenities were excellent. Shauna took care of all of our requests in a timely manner and was very friendly and nice. The only complaint is that there is a new house being built next door which was loud at times during the day.

PHENOMENAL!!
We had the most incredible stay at the Blue Mountain Villa - we traveled with 2 little ones (age 3 and 6) & found the place to be very kid friendly- the villa is absolutely breathtaking & even better in person! We spent hours upon hours in the pool & taking in the amazing views from all the balconies! I have to point out the cleanliness of the property because every corner was SPOTLESS! The hosts were wonderful too allowing for an early check in and late check out - made our stay that much special & accommodating! Thank you for an amazing time - we will definitely be back!

Blue Mountain Paradise
Our family had a marvelous time celebrating our daughter's 33rd birthday at your beautiful villa. The views are absolutely stunning and you won't be disappointed. Since we were all about exploring the island's beaches, having nice beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella and beach towels were key! Thank you so much for providing us with quality items. The villa was extremely clean and everything was top quality, including the outdoor furniture. Our only complaint was one of the bedrooms did not have air conditioning which even in November was needed. Also the master bedroom has a very comfortable mattress but the other two rooms were uncomfortable - one was super soft and one was hard. So if you have troubles sleeping, it could be challenging.

Everything went smoothly, from checking in to communicating about few things that we had issues with at the villa. All was taken care of in a timely manner. We had a great stay. Neighbors are nice and you don’t hear them at all. Wonderful experience, we loved it!

As described, the Blue Mountain villa did not disappoint. We had an issue upon arrival with the AC but property management was quick to respond and assist. Overall, it was a fabulous property with amazing water views!

Beautiful and comfortable vacation rental
The house was exactly as pictures. Managers were very prompt responding to questions and minor issues. They were also very accommodating of our early check in and check out requests. What we very much appreciated about the house is that it’s well built with great insulation and high quality glass doors so the house stayed very comfortable with just a bit of AC. The central AC worked very well and there are thermostats in all the bedrooms and the living room. The house came with tons of towels (bath and beach), nice kitchen equipment (also provided small olive oil, salt, pepper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, garbage bags), great beach chairs, 2 coolers, 2 sun umbrellas. Baths were set up with plenty of small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The washing machine and dryer worked very well and the house had detergent. We enjoyed a very relaxing and comfortable vacation at Blue Mountain Villa.

This is a gorgeous home that is laid out perfectly and stocked with everything you will need. We felt like royalty staying there! The landscaping was beautiful and the location was central to everything and the view was unbeatable! Definitely will stay here again!

Phenomenal Property!
This is a fantastic rental. We booked at the last minute and the host was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was simple, someone met us at the house to show us around. The house itself is an amazing property and really enhanced our vacation. The views of the ocean are incredible and multiple outside seating areas take full advantage of it. There are at least six different outdoor seating areas - plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some privacy and island breezes. We enjoyed the pool and grill as well. The included beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas were a nice touch. We had two adult couples but a third would have fit with no issue. Good location - 15 minutes or less to most beaches/attractions. The downstairs neighbors were quiet and courteous, nothing to worry about there. I'd recommend this property in a heartbeat, we would definitely rent it again if we're back in Provo!

Wonderful property!
Looking at the photos of Blue Mountain Villa online I was excited about our arrival and also a wee bit nervous in case they were old photos (this has happened with other rentals)! We were thrilled to find the property as advertised, it’s beautiful! The view is incredible, whenever I would glance out the windows I was wowed, it’s stunning. We had a couple of issues (no fault of the owner) that management went above and beyond to take care of...Very professionally run. Halfway through our rental they came to change bedding and clean, totally unexpected but appreciated and timely. Every morning someone came early (didn’t make noise!) and cleaned debris from the pool, plant beddings, and pool deck. The property really is beautifully maintained. If I can give some constructive criticism (and this is me being very picky) I would suggest they use fitted sheets for the beds, by morning our bottom sheet was untucked and wadded up, a second blanket too would be appreciated as the top blanket is quite thin; also recommend new pillows for the bed, maybe have two types, softer for those like me that don’t like a thick pillow and medium for those that do. Forgot to mention there are chairs and umbrellas for the beach as well as a generous supply of beach towels. We rented a car, first was from Scooter Bob’s which was awful; no hubcaps, no handle on the middle door on the right side and rear left corner bashed in. Couldn’t believe it! It was left at the airport for us, if I had seen it first I would have declined the rental. Returned it (thankfully found another with Avis) with no problems. He was very understanding. The van from Avis was better but still wasn’t what you expect from a national rental agency. However, it got us around no problem! There’s another agency with a large presence at the airport and that’s Grace Bay rentals, maybe their fleet is better? Recommend Infinity restaurant, great atmosphere and food was amazing! Didn’t eat at Coco Bistro which came highly recommended because we couldn’t get a reservation earlier than 9pm. Suggest booking well in advance (months if you can as I tried 4 weeks earlier); my daughter ate there and thought it just ok. Bay Bistro was good too. Can’t wait to go back, will definitely stay at Blue Mountain Villa again!

The home was gorgeous! Check-in was easy and the property manager was easily accessible and responsive. We enjoyed our brief stay and wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay there again!
