Convenient respite
Overall great stay. Clean apartment and comfortable bed and couch. Spacious and everything we needed. TVs and AC units worked great. Parking was convenient and location was quiet and within 10 min walk to Atwells and Broadway. Many great restaurants. Secure entry and felt safe. It is a second floor apartment of 3 floors which was not clearly disclosed, did not ever see other renters but could lightly hear them. Property could use some improvement-broken fence, trip hazard path to door and decomposing squirrel in yard (obviously out of your control but shows infrequent visits to property). Bathroom door needs to be replaced- was splitting and difficult to close.

Affordable and clean
This apartment is easy walking distance to Federal Hill. It was clean and had comfortable beds. It is a little run down. The living room carpet needs to be replaced and most of the interior doors are hard to close. With that said, it’s a reasonably priced, safe and pretty comfortable.

Convenient and comfortable
The proximity of this apartment to Federal Hill and many restaurant choices makes it very convenient. Also having off street parking is a big plus. The apartment is outfitted with most of the things you’ll need for your stay. What would have made this place better would have been a bathroom tub that was fully glazed and having top sheets in the beds. I was surprised that the bedding provided did not include top sheets. Host was also very accommodating and quick to communicate and answer any questions.

Convenient and QUIET!
This property was a perfect location for Federal Hill/Little Italy and an easy walk to the RI Convention Center (~20min) with good coffee on the way. It was super quiet, had all the basics, and was exactly what we needed. I wish I had noticed that it did not have wifi, but this didn't impact the quality of our stay.

Perfect Location!
We loved staying here! It was exactly as described. We had everything we needed and walked to restaurants/bars every night. If we wanted to go to the city, it was a cheap Uber and a 10 minute drive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, good value
We picked this place primarily for the prime location & low price. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Private parking was great, as well as a fenced in yard to park our bikes rather than leave them on the car. The space was large and well appointed, and having 2 AC units was nice as we like sleeping in cooler temperatures. Value is hard to beat, but there were a few details preventing me from rating 5 stars all around. Firstly, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the whole unit. I asked the host if there was more, he replied that he would drop some off but never did. We were just about out by the end of our stay. Another detail was a lack of bed top sheets, there was just a fitted bottom sheet & a thick comforter on each bed, not ideal. Finally, an info pamphlet with wifi password & other pertinent info like most places provide would have been nice, as I had to request the password from the host. Apparently it was provided on the vrbo app, but not on the website or email confirmations. Without another unneeded app installed I had no way of knowing. Overall it was a positive experience though and we would definitely stay here again if the TP & bedsheet issues were resolved.

Great stay
The stay was perfect for me and my friend! The location was clean and easy to access. The location felt very safe (I am used to rural areas so not the most comfortable in cities). We were able to check in and out easily and the host was available if needed.

Great location!
We loved the location and the condo. There were a couple things that could have been better, there was 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, no extra garbage bags & paper thin bath towels and 1 kitchen towel & 1 bathroom hand towel. Overall towel game was extremely lacking! Didn’t realize we’d need to supply our own TP & garbage bags. We of course managed! But overall it was good!

Overall comfortable stay
The property was well cared for and comfortable. Some of the electric outlets look like they could use some repairs. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough around the edges (broken glass bottles on the sidewalks in the surrounding block) but as soon as you walk a few more blocks towards Broadway it gets better.

It was easy to find and get checked in. It was nice for adults but if I had had my kids with me, I would have been worried about the heater being so central to the loving space.

Conveniently Located Property
This property was conveniently located in Providence and near the main areas for shopping and restaurants. The property inside we found to be a little dirty...there were fake eye lashes on bathroom floor, eew. The property was cold but there was two space heaters that helped. Bare basic amenities, only one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper. Instructions on recycling were non existent. Will say that all questions were addressed in a timely manner.

The homeowners definitely tried to spruce the place up as best as they could but there was some opportunity for improvement. It appears that the building is very old so some of these things are likely just related to the age of the building. The one bedroom did not contain an outlet, which was very frustrating. The shower is definitely need of some deep cleaning or replacement, but the water pressure and temperature were good. The beds were very comfortable. I was very concerned about the location when we got there because the neighborhood didn’t look the best. But, after some time, I will say that I felt safe and it was very quiet. It was in walking distance of numerous restaurants so I really appreciated that aspect.

Great location
The apartment is exactly as pictured. It’s in a great location with so many great restaurants near by. The owner was quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we are in Providence.

Perfect!
This apartment was perfect for us … great communication with the owner (from check in to a beeping smoke detector that was immediately fixed), very clean and comfortable, well appointed (although we never ate a meal in) and in a very good and safe location. I sometimes travel to Providence alone to visit my son and would feel very safe staying here. And the shower — better water pressure than I have at home!! Thank you so much for sharing your apartment on VRBO!

A fine apartment space
There was plenty of space, a nice atmosphere, some great amenities, a good AC, and good, prompt communication with the host. We enjoyed our stay, to be sure. The only thing that was less convenient for us was the location itself. The place was somewhat removed from the little Italy proper (about a 10 minute walk from the restaurants and attractions), and significantly moreso to get into the Downtown of Providence. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you are planning on staying in Federal Hill. However, if you are planning on heading into the downtown frequently, I would advise finding somewhere closer to the downtown.
