amazing location - super clean - stunning view!
The location is perfect - so much within walking distance. The view is stunning!! The unit is super clean and well appointed. Check in and out was super easy. Great parking. Beds were comfortable. Only 2 downsides... upstairs neighbors were doing construction work on their unit so it was loud up there (otherwise the whole complex is super quiet and peaceful) and there is NO air conditioning - which we thought would be an issue but if you open the windows, doors etc there is a nice breeze that comes through - also using the shades for the late afternoon sun coming in helps to cool down the unit. We will stay here again - loved it.

Great Location
This unit was well laid out and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there’s nothing like going to sleep to the sound of the ocean. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler being available in the unit - a very thoughtful touch.

Spectacular View!!
We had an amazing stay at Pali Ke Kua 123 from the moment we stepped through the doors. The view is absolutely spectacular. The condo had everything we needed for our 13 day stay and we were very comfortable. We were welcomed with a cooler bag with Kauai Kookies and chocolates and the bag to keep. We can’t wait for our next stay!!

Perfect place for family vacation
The condo was a perfect spot for our base for our Kauai vacation. There were enough beds for everyone to be comfortable and to spread out. The couch in the living room was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part was the views from the patio area. Simply spectacular.

Could not wish for a better place to stay!
We were visiting a surfer friend in Princeville so needed a place near him and with quick access to the north shore surf beaches. The location was ideal and the condo just perfect! A hidden gem for sure…

Outstanding Setting
This is a very nice condominium located on the cliff of the Northshore. The view from the condo is astonishing. and being able to walk out from the patio and into the green space is a major convenience. There's an access path from the condo complex down to a beautiful secluded beach. This is probably the cleanest and most well-equipped VRBO we have stayed in. I would say the only drawback is the distance from the airport, the south shore, and west coast. Nevertheless, we may even stay there again in the future.

Awesome stay!
First time in Kauai, second time in Hawaii. The location is just perfect. The view is stunning, we couldn't get enough of it. Don't hesitate. The only 2 "issues" we had shouldn't be issues anyway. The first one is the AC, we're not used to the muggy weather since we come from Oregon where we do have the AC at our place. Pathetic... :) The 2nd is the Wifi which is very slow and unreliable but I'm sure it's the case all over the island. In any event, this is all very trivial, we would definitely come back. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

this condo was beautiful and well kept up- scenary breath taking
Loved the condo . The owners did a marvelous job in the details to make it a pleasant stay. The view was breath taking. the fact that the heat and humidity was so extreme made me vow never to come back to Hawaii wo A/C again. Never needed it before on our trips to Hawaii but this trip did it. Thank goodness the owners provided wonderful LASKO fans which we all sat in front of constantly when there.

Fantastic! Everything it said it was and the view is amazing.
Great place, perfect location. Someone tell the owners to replace the mat on the lanai please, it's a injury waiting to happen. It slides like ice(wet or dry)! Both of us almost did the splits going outside until we moved it. Other than that it's a lovely place and area. I'll be back.

Very well cared for property with amazing view.
The owners have a great selection of movies and a big screen TV, which was great becausejj there aren’t many TV channels. There is a Netflicks account thst’s limited to kids programming. As others have said, the condo is stocked with everything you can think of to make it home. The only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning. There were two very hot, humid days that were miserable. No winds those says and the fan couldn’ keep up. You'll find a lack of air-conditioning is common on Kauai - electricity prices are some of the highest in the nation. Somit’s not just this condo. Most of the restaurants and many shops don’t have air conditioning either.

Spectacular view, convenient location
There is nothing to compare to the panel of huge windows that offer a panoramic view of the ocean which can heard below through the screen doors. It has a perfect view of the sunset and I equally enjoyed the play of sunrise lighting on the ocean, clouds and mountains. The other feature of this complex that would bring me back is access to a private beach with some of the best snorkeling ever, especially with the road closed beyond Hanalei. We snorkeled with turtles and many colorful fish. You are only ten minutes from a grocery store/gas/plaza and 15 min from the restaurants, beaches, kayaking and boat tours of Hanalei. And 15 min from another great snorkeling beach:Anini. Trade off: no AC! Huge trade off! But tempered by fans which helped a ton and careful mamnagenent of blinds to keep our afternoon sun. And the bonus is that the need to keep open doors for breeze brings on the wonderful noises of the ocean and birds! Well equipped including beach chairs and towels, washer and dryer and well equipped kitchen. Pizza place on site at complex.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Nicely furnished, well appointed, amazing views. It is a short walk to a private beach, a restaurant on site and a public golf course. Best view on the island!

Beautiful million dollar views a rare find !
The property was extremely well appointed and very clean. We manage 76 privately owned properties and wish we had cleaners this good! It's clear that the owners are very particular but it saying this makes for a very comfortable stay for their guests! Great comfortable beds and linen. All the extras, very much appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards! The kitchen was immaculate and extremely well stocked and the blender was a welcome addition not often found in holiday lettings! Everything was in very good order and of a high standard again often not found in holidays lettings. The owners obviously want their guests to enjoy their place as much as they do and clearly have not skimped on anything! Thankyou it was a pleasure to stay in the property!

We have gone to Hawaii on numerous occasions and this was the best view yet! The condo was lovely and stocked with everything you needed. It was a little warm (didn't expect 90 degrees) during the day but cooled off nicely at night and they had extra fans for each room that helped. We enjoyed having beach chairs and all the little extra you usually have to purchase like dish soap, clothes soup, paper towels etc. they even started us off with a shopping bag for the grocery store that was only two miles (on a nice walking trail) and a small cooler with water bottles and a few snacks. A nice touch, mahalo. This is the 4th house we have rented and we were not disappointed in the least! We were lucky and had beautiful weather for eight days!! We would stay in this unit again, it was lovely!

Views are amazing! The place was charming and had everything we needed. Great location.
Our favorite place to stay in Princeville. The location was close to great snorkeling beaches, restaurants and shopping. The condo was well stocked with everything from beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. We would definitely return. The views are breathtaking. Perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and evening glass of wine. There is a paved path to a private beach only accessible for tenants. Perfect for snorkeling and swimming and few people. Hanalei is a few minutes down the road and has every amenity we needed. Plus the Princeville shopping area has a great grocery store even closer. We spent very little time driving and more on the beaches. Only negatives were loud neighbors and no air conditioning. Some days were very warm and the ceiling fans weren't quite enough. Perhaps provide a few floor fans? Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.
