Stunning!
What a beautiful condo! Very roomy/ clean/ comfortable place. Easy to access- surrounding area is so peaceful - really enjoyed the pool, walking paths etc. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely Luxury and Ocean View
We really enjoyed our week there. The unit looks like the pictures and is in good shape. The balcony offered nice horizon views of the water as well as the majestic mountains to the west. Many fun shops and good restaurants in the area, but also very quiet for a nice zen vacation vibe. The unit does not have A/C, but the fans and breezes kept everything at a very comfortable temp.

Lovely north side stay in modern apartment
We loved our stay in Alaii Kai. Our unit was very up to date and we appreciated the little touches like Saran Wrap, salt and pepper grinders. It would have been nice to have a little cooking oil for eggs. The beds are phenomenal. In fact, I wanted to check the brand but because of all the mattress protectors (yay!), I failed. Great stay and amazing apartment! Would definitely stay here again if we come to the north side again.

We have been coming to Kauai since 2001 and have stayed at every type of accommodation on the north shore. This condo certainly is in our top 3. Definitely would book it again.

Great place and Location
Very nice accommodations, clean, well equipped and in a good area. Had excellent swimming pool and hot tub. The only complaint was the rooms were smaller than appeared in pictures.

Great Stay in Princeville
We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Princeville. The area is really nice with partial views of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were good and the landscaping was pretty. The chairs and beach umbrellas were available for use on nearby beaches, which was a nice perk. We really enjoyed our stay on Kaui.

Great location with beautiful pool!
Loved the location! Very convenient for north shore activities. Unit is in need of some tlc. Guest bathroom shower didn't work upon arrival. After second time it was fixed. Washer sounded like a freight train! Last night we were there, the water stopped working in the master bedroom toilet. The baseboard had water damage and was not repaired properly in the kitchen. Just doesn't seem like they take the time to do a quality check and make sure everything is in proper order for the next guest. Even though the unit was ready way before check in time, we were not allowed to check in till 4. Just things management company should look into.

Nice jumping off point for Kauai North Shore
My husband and I stayed in the condo for 6 nights. It was an ideal jumping off point to explore all that Kauai's North Shore has to offer. The check in process was easy and the management company very responsive. The condo was immaculate, well stocked and comfortable. It was hot upon arrival but the high speed fans in the living room and bedrooms cool things down at night. We liked having a pool and hot tub close by as well.

Awesome Condo at Princeville
Perfect Condo for our stay in Kauai. We were a group of 2 couples. Bedroom and bathroom each. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could need. Great location in a pristine area. Shopping Center for groceries 5 minute drive. Situated close to Hanelai where there are great little restaurants for dinner. Took a fantastic boat tour of the coast which left from Hanelai. The condo is beautifully decorated and maintained. Everything was easy, we had no issues and would highly recommend.

The property was in a great location. We whale watched from the balcony, swam in the pool, explored Turtle Cave and loved the entire area. The beds were comfortable and the place was nicely equipped to meet our needs. We will definitely come back and stay here.

We saw whales from the lanai. There were great walking/running trails all over. We were minutes from Hanalei Bay and Anini. This was a great location and excellent condo. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lanai can’t be beat
Beautiful property inside and out. Comfortable beds and fine kitchen. But the lanai is the star with ocean views and cool breezes. Nice pool area too.

Just as pictured, but felt like a hotel room
The property was exactly as pictured, clean and we had a smooth stay. Location was great in Princeville (our first time staying on this part of the island), and hot tub and pool were great for our two kids ages 10 and 6. My only opinion and reason that I didn’t totally love our stay is that the living room, bedroom and bathrooms felt more like a mid range hotel room than a home rental. It felt a bit sterile compared to other VRBOs we have rented where The living room didn’t really accommodate a family of four to comfortably watch a movie or relax together, which made excess down time with the winter rains we endured tricky. However, we did book this on a budget so it worked for those reasons!

Great time in Princeville! Many beaches, restaurants and shops close by to the condo. Good area to walk/run before getting your day started! Easy drive to other parts of island as well.

Condo is great-not a Princeville fan
The condo is lovely with beautiful views. Near the pool. But no access to a beach from Princeville. I’ve stayed on Kauai many times, always on the south shore. So I’m used to being in/near a real neighborhood and being able to walk to get a coffee or get to a beach. You need to drive to get anywhere in Princeville. The properties here are beautiful so where you stay definitely depends on why you’re on the island. If it’s to see the many small towns, do activities, soak in the Island atmosphere, much of that is on the East and south shores. And the drive to Poipu, for example, is about 1-1/4 hours. Nice drive but traffic in Kapa’a and Lihue makes it less pleasant. If you’re coming to hang out, and just relax, play golf, then Princeville is perfect.

Lovely place
Lovely place exactly as described. We had everything we needed to cook. The bed was delightful. We learned Princeville is basically a condo community- not an actual town with bars and restaurants. Though Hanalei is close, Princeville itself was not worth the drive north. Overall no problems with the property - enjoyed our stay.
