Nous avons apprécier ce beau logement au cœur de la belle ville de Wellington, à 20 minutes de Sandbanks. Nous avons transmis des recommandations au propriétaire concernant le rangement et les articles de cuisine à pourvoir. Logement recomandé.

Inexpensive, compared to other properties in the area, close to everything in town (could walk). Very nice on the inside and was nice it had a working kitchen.

There were pros and cons
The pros of this unit include the size of the apt, which was comfortable for 2 people. The living room area and bedroom were large and the location was perfect for us. The bed was very large and comfortable. The small kitchen was fine for our needs as we only needed breakfast or coffee. The cons, as stated in other reviews were the incredibly small bathroom with no place to put anything. We were two adults staying for 6 nights and we were given 2 towels and the kitchen dishcloth was rancid by the time we left. There was no contact during our stay or inquiries if anything was needed. But the biggest complaint was the non-functioning a/c unit in the bedroom. Combine that with a memory foam mattress and it spells disaster and overheating all night long. Also, there is no door on the bedroom, so my husband couldn't watch tv when I went to bed. Many simple fixes would make this a much better situation, like a couple of shelves in the bathroom and a full length mirror, or even a blow dryer to use. I'd say that 90% of people visiting the county are there for an event and a mirror to check your clothes would be a huge bonus. It says a coffee maker is supplied but it is a coffee press. One final suggestion is to fix the stepping stones around the side of the building to the parking area. That is an accident/lawsuit waiting to happen. I almost twisted my ankle a few times. Overall the stay was fine, but if we stayed again, I would reserve a different unit.

This place is well situated if you are in PEC. It is right on Wellington Main Street so you can walk to restaurants, grocery store and shops. The apartment is clean and spacious. Only the bathroom is very small but that was fine for us. We would recommend and stay again.

Escape after the holidays
The apartment was the perfect size for a short getaway after the hustle and bustle of the holidays. We would prefer more space in the kitchen and bathroom if we had been staying longer, but it suited our needs nicely for a few days. The bed was very comfortable, and the recliner sofa was a nice surprise for relaxing in the evening! We love the key pad entry, so we didn't have to worry about keys!

Cozy in the County
This was a very lovely property - nicely decorated and appointed. Very spacious living room, dining area and large principal bedroom with a comfy king size bed, separate sitting area with a pullout sofa, and a sizeable closet. We appreciated the air conditioning, and the location right on Main Street is within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom had everything needed for a five night stay, but both spaces are on the small side. The apartment had lots of windows, so lots of light coming in, but it was unfortunate that they we couldn’t open them on the cooler mornings and evenings to get some fresh air, as they are painted shut. It would also have been nice to have a seating area closer to the building to sit and read, have a bevvie at the end of the day and people watching. The fire pit/seating area is located way at the back of the property, which we did not find suitable for our purposes. All in all though, I would recommend this property for anything up to a five night stay. A nice surprise was the day pass to both Sandbanks and North Beach provincial parks - a $21/day value!

The place was very nice very clean. The bathroom is minuscule! A large person would not fit. The sink is so small you get water all over just washing your face. And none of the windows open - they are all painted shut. That needs to be corrected
